Location is perfect with many food places and dining areas. Body wash and shampoo not so good quality. Hand wash foam not working well. Room was clean. Pillows were clean.

Spacious, but aircon not working and room door could not open. Staff was patient in assisting a change in room, although it took about 1hr.

The location is the best. Clean rooms. Affordable stay with family and friends. Only thing is if you need extra toiletries need to use code to scan. Phones are not working.

First got the room with faulty aircon and door lock. Reception change room without any questions asked. Pleasant stay throughout.

Stay only 1 night for business trip. The location is good with a lot of eateries around. I book queen size bed but got a triple bed. No complaint but the bed sheet material causing me to felt itchy on my skin. Not sure if it’s just me

Excellent service and friendly staff. Lots of eateries and shopping. Clean room and very spacious too. Enjoyed my stay very much. Will stay in this hotel the next trip  Even watch the fireworks just outside my window
