ホテルというよりマンションを改造してベッドを置いただけの細長い部屋でした。二階建てでエレベーターもないので大変で、無人なのでチェックインの時の入力も大変でした！もちろん部屋の掃除もないし、部屋はジメジメ湿気がすごいし、もう最悪！階段の昇り降りも重いキャリーケースを持って大変でした！なにより天文館からかなり遠い為、駐車場がないから毎回コインパーキングから車を出して移動してました！こんなに天文館から離れているのなら、ホテル名に天文館を名乗ってはいけません。もう二度と泊まりたくないです！

冷氣得一個吹風位，瞓覺嗰陣時會有啲熱，另外check-in位好戇鳩明明都冇開門密碼打個客服叫我打第二個電話，但check-in個位要喺個大門入面完全係要等另一班人行過幫我開到門先可以做到check-in 😢😢

酒店沒有在住宿前提供入住資料，入住時未能即刻進入大堂check in，我們在酒店外站了一個小時才進入，之後又無法正常check in，住房密碼錯誤，浪費很多時間，當日傍晚的行程全部取消，我們有長者，小朋友，體力有限，令他們辛苦，令我對酒店很失望。
如果酒店提供廚房抹布，不是抹手紙，會方便些及環保些。

房間乾淨舒適，設備齊全，雖然沒有電梯，但建物最高也就兩層樓，扛行李上下樓梯的負擔不大，距離天文館通約走路五至十分鐘路程，非常方便
