陪母親回河南老家，訂的一個4人間房間，五六十平方米，非常寬敞，一張大床兩張小床，中間還有隔斷，住起來非常的舒服。 賓館無論是管停車的師傅，還是前台人員，服務態度都讓人感到非常温暖，臨走時還送了一份小禮品。賓館還有贈送的泡腳和按摩椅，遊玩一天後用一用，非常的解乏。

第二次來開封 對這裏的飲食 環境 人文印象都不錯，這家酒店的位置還可以 ，自駕 出租車 或者騎行去景點也都還方便，而且去一些不錯的早點鋪 和老牌餐館也都還可以
入住體驗很好，從停車場 到前台 到樓層服務員都非常禮貌親切，也感覺的出來酒店是用心去經營 儘可能的提供超越客人預期的軟件，例如房間包含中葯泡腳，親自房間的小帳篷 小童玩具 卡通床蓋，礦泉水以外更多的軟飲，這些都足以彌補一些硬件方面的欠缺
總之我是很肯定這家酒店的經營和服務的，非常推薦

我們夫妻倆個人帶着坐輪椅的老媽去開封遊玩，在這個酒店住了六天。人還沒有出發，就接到酒店的電話，已經為我們預留好了房間。特別讓我感動的是，我們到酒店已經是晚上11點多了，老闆娘和前台的服務員一直在等我們，看到我們下了車，老闆娘和前台姑娘們熱情的張羅並幫忙提行李，同時一杯熱茶就遞到了我們手上，喝上一杯熱茶，聽着美妙的河南鄉音，心裏暖暖的！前台快速辦理好入住手續，很快我們就晚安了！酒店的早餐是熟悉的家常飯，紅薯，南瓜，油條，包子，花捲，棗糕，蒸餃，雞蛋，炒麪，幾個炒青菜，幾個涼拌菜，餛飩，牛奶，豆漿，咖啡一應俱全，吃着很舒服。酒店房間的設施齊全，一張單人床，一張雙人床，正適合我們三個大人睡覺，大大的落地窗，陽光明媚，坐在窗前品茗，看着人來車往繁忙的街道，體會着開封這座古都的人間煙火。酒店的工作人員服務非常好，有什麼需求衹要一個電話馬上就解決，無論是前台，餐廳還是房間打掃，服務人員都是笑臉相迎，熱情服務，讓我們有到家的感覺，有遇見親人的感動。

房間乾淨整潔，訂的家庭房還有小童專用物品，早餐挺豐盛的，酒店工作人員的態度都很好，服務也很熱情，見面就打招呼，離清明上河園景區坐車十幾分鍾，很方便，就是玩了一天想泡腳，結果忘了預約

特別舒適的一次住宿。酒店裝修很漂亮，各種設施都很先進，不管是前台還是保潔，都非常熱情。前台飲品就有六七種，玩了一天回來還有免費的按摩椅和足浴，臨走時還有特產相送。

除了節假日價格飆升，其他挺好的，早餐還行，停車位也有，樓下還有免費按摩椅！離西司夜市比較近，旁邊的驢肉館也是個好選擇！再來開封應該這酒店還是首選
