I am extremely satisfied with this hotel. Firstly, its location is excellent, very close to all the major attractions in Kaifeng, within walking distance. It's situated in the bustling city center, which is very convenient. Secondly, the hotel facilities are excellent, clean, and very modern. Thirdly, the service quality matches its brand, especially the receptionist, who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. The stay at Starway is so heartwarming! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft enough to make people sleep in seconds. The most moving thing was that after checking out, I found that the laundry bag was left behind. The front desk lady not only kept it carefully, but also took the initiative to contact the courier for free. This kind of service details that exceed expectations will dissipate the fatigue of the journey instantly. Located in the bustling business district, it is quiet in the middle of noisy, and the breakfast buffet is also a must. If the hotel is a home on the journey, this is a warm harbor weaved with sincerity. Five stars are recommended to all friends who come to Wei's!
