It was good for such price, room was clean, administrator was cheerful. The only downside – next I checked out a little bit late, because the counter desk was sleeping. Overall, 9/10!

The room is carefully decorated, hygienic and clean, and the water supply and pressure are sufficient. The most important thing is that there is a washing machine. Children sweat a lot in summer and hand-washed clothes dry very slowly. It is much more convenient to wash them quickly in the washing machine. The location is in the old city, convenient for going to scenic spots and convenient for eating nearby. The boss is warm and hospitable.

The room is spacious enough and bright enough, that is, the bathroom is not wet and dry. After the shower, the whole bathroom is full of water. If you make a water partition, it will be perfect. The boss is very good, come to pick up the station, introduce a Hanfu makeup shop, you can go to Qingming Shanghe Garden to take beautiful photos.

It feels a bit old to enter the alley, but this homestay is well decorated with tiles, lighting sockets, clean bedding, warm service, washing machine, drying rack, sunshade on the third floor balcony. The surrounding bus is convenient, there are many restaurants, and it is less than one stop from the end of Qingming Shangheyuan. It is an affordable homestay.

The room was very nice and clean, and most importantly, it's very close to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. It's just across the bridge and within walking distance. If you get tired from playing and the sun is at its strongest, you can come back to sleep without wasting time, making it especially suitable for families with elderly members and children. There's a bus stop with direct service to Kaifeng North just a minute or two's walk away, and there are specialty shops right outside. The landlady is very welcoming, and the kittens are adorable; my daughter didn't want to leave while petting them. There's a washing machine in the backyard, and the large yard is very convenient for drying clothes. Last night it rained, and we couldn't get back in time because we were playing outside, but the thoughtful landlady even helped us bring the clothes under the awning.

The room was excellent and very spacious. As a family, we were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel staff were incredibly warm and polite. Definitely a five-star experience! Highly recommended! We were there to enjoy the 'Nanya Qianqiu Yue' night tour at Kaifeng Prefecture, and we had such a fantastic time that we completely forgot to take photos of our accommodation. Good place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric ”hello bike (Alipay)” parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the lighting and ventilation were good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are complete. It is convenient to travel around and it is convenient to eat and go shopping downstairs. The cleaning is timely and the overall environment is quiet and not noisy. Very good value for money, comfortable stay experience, will choose this next time you travel, recommend staying!

I was afraid of mosquitoes, so I booked a second-floor ”Hua Hao Yue Yuan” room. It has a small terrace and is slightly larger than the ”Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter” rooms. The facilities are quite complete, and the owner and his wife are quite nice. It's near the south gate of Wansui Mountain, a 10-15 minute walk from the back door. It's located in a residential complex, and there are restaurants just outside the front door. If I didn't want to go out for breakfast, I had to order takeout. Eating out is a bit inconvenient. There's a restaurant called ”Stupid Chef,” and I'm complaining about it. They seem to discriminate against outsiders, and they don't even respond to orders or bills. They seem to ignore me when I talk to them, so I have to wait until the dumpling shop next door closes before I can get in.

The hotel has a quiet environment, spacious and bright rooms and new facilities. The staff responds quickly and is responsive. It is close to the business district but not noisy, the quality of sleep is high, the overall experience exceeds expectations, and it is recommended.
