First off, the hotel's service was truly excellent. They called me in advance to ask about my room preferences and arranged everything exactly as I requested. Upon arrival, the front desk even proactively upgraded my room since there was availability, which I really appreciated. The room itself was well-equipped, and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. However, there was a slight odor when I first entered, but it completely disappeared after airing out the room for an afternoon, so it didn't affect my overall experience. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the station. The driver was right at the exit, so I saw the pick-up sign as soon as I walked out. All it took was a quick call to book in advance, which was super convenient.

The moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by its enormous garden – the lush greenery was beautifully arranged, creating a tranquil oasis in the city. Every snapshot was a masterpiece of ambiance. The living room furniture was incredibly stylish, both in terms of quality and aesthetics, with tasteful details throughout. The room featured a separate bathtub and a huge terrace; at night, watching the light and shadows play in the distance was pure bliss – I didn't want to leave! Even more delightful was the butler's attentive service. His gentle and considerate approach made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. Located near Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and the Imperial River, the location is superb. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaifeng, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the balcony was a huge bonus – I felt like I could just stay in the hotel for days. It's only a three-minute walk to Qingming Shanghe Park, and I was pleasantly surprised to be able to watch the drone show from the balcony at night. The staff were also incredibly friendly and patiently resolved all my issues promptly. Definitely worth staying here!

After a long search, I chose this hotel and was delighted to find its location absolutely superb. The room facilities were clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. It was less than a two-minute walk to the Yingbin Gate of Shangqing Garden. Stepping out of the hotel, you're right by the riverbank, and the evening views are especially beautiful. After a tiring afternoon exploring the garden, we could relax in the small courtyard and enjoy the scenery. Since we arrived quite late, the owner personally helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly welcoming. He also gave us recommendations for places to eat. Our first night was on the second floor, where we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Due to high demand, we extended our stay and moved to a ground-floor room with a small courtyard for the second night. Both rooms had their own unique charm. I rarely leave reviews, but I truly felt the owner's dedication to running this place, so I wanted to show my support.

This is, hands down, the most convenient hotel for visiting Wansui Mountain. When you're tired, you can pop back to your room to cool down and rehydrate in no time – it's literally just across the road, less than a 5-minute walk. A special shout-out to the front desk lady, who was not only beautiful but also incredibly kind! She upgraded us to a family room and even gave us complimentary breakfast. After enjoying some authentic Hulatang, we could gaze at the Kaifeng Iron Pagoda and the East Gate of Wansui Mountain right from our window. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kaifeng.

The room is very regional and very clean. When traveling with children, you should choose a hotel with a clean and hygienic environment. The children were very excited and loved it. The service was also very good. The lady at the front desk was very gentle. The location is also very convenient, very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast is very rich and tastes good 👍

The hotel's location is excellent and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. Before arriving at the hotel, I called to inquire about some travel tips, and the staff patiently explained everything. Upon entering the hotel, there's a concierge in the lobby who helps with luggage storage, and they were all very warm and professional.

My child really enjoyed talking to Xiaodu (the smart assistant). The room itself was comfortable and had a charming, antique feel. There were two types of slippers to choose from, and even special ones for kids that you can pick up at the front desk on the first floor. Plus, the front desk lady was super helpful, giving us detailed directions on how to get around and explore the area.
