I stayed in the hotel more than 10 years ago. The rooms are renewed and I was impressed with the room on the executive floor. The bed is much softer compared to years ago and it is very comfortable. Food at breakfast was also great with big varieties. Really worth for the money! I definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again.

The room and hallway are clean. The fitness facility and elevator are getting old, it needs some maintenance.

Connection of hotel is well-established. Apart from taking High Speed Rail, there is direct coach from HK to the hotel. Hotel room is spacious, sound-proofed and clean. However, we would like to make the following feedbacks and expect for improvement: (1) Water leakage of the curb at shower; (2) It was difficult to use TV remote to control the TV. Not sure if it was the battery problem or signal receiving issue (3) Vending machines at G/F lobby only accept WeChat and Alipay but not AlipayHK (4) Taste of food in western restaurant can be improved

The hotel offers a lot of amenities (basket ball, tennis, gym, swimming pool, shops, restaurants). Staff is nice. 20/30min by car to the tourists areas.

Pantower International Hotel is one of the best hotel in the Kaiping area of the Guangdong province. Every room in this hotel has a beautiful view of the Tanjiang River. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel serves good, inexpensive gourmet dishes, especially sea foods which are supplied by the local aquaculture and daily Dim Sum. There is a private car rental service with a driver to take you around the area with a very reasonable price. A lot of guests like to use the Chinese DiDi services to get around the area cause the hotel is not centrally located. My husband and I always stay at the PanTower Hotel every time we visit our home village and the TaiShen area. This time , May 2023 the hotel has a lot of update and improvements. One suggestion is to book a room at a higher floor to avoid SMOKING SMELL from other guests.

The hotel was rated as 5 stars, but in fact it only worth 3 stars, loosen water tap on the shower room, smelly backyard at the hotel.

Very clean , the staffs very polite and professional.. The location great , can see the lake and at night very beautiful.. Anytime in kaiping I will definitely live in this hotel .

Fabulous river views.We were able to see and hear the Dragonboat races from the comfort of our room. We loved the swimming pool and used it each day. Only disappointment was the beauty salon being closed.We also couldn't treat ourselves to a foot massage at the hotel. Staff told us not operating. However staff at reception were very helpful in assisting us with Didi location in Chinese to get to the famous goose restaurant in town. The breakfast each morning was delicious.More than enough variety for foreigners. The noodle soups were our favourite.

We had a great stay at Pantower International Hotel. This hotel is highly recommended. It’s a big hotel with a nice swimming pool, gym, tennis court, basketball court, table tennis and a billiards room. They have two restaurants with a wide variety of dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is a bit far （about 30 mins）away from the diaolous.
