Best Kaiping Hotels

"As soon as I got off the bus, I saw the hotel's red brick exterior, which was incredibly quaint! The furnishings were so interesting—you could tell they put a lot of thought into the decor. The plants were beautiful, and there was even a koi pond. The front desk ladies were so nice! They were always happy to answer any questions I had! If you wanted to try any local specialties, just ask them. The room was also a pleasant surprise, with a sophisticated, retro decor. I didn't want to leave! I was very satisfied with my trip to Kaiping! I'll definitely be back next time!"

"This is my 3rd time stay at PanTower, everything is perfect, bed is comfortable and room is big. Stay at the same room twice with beautiful river view on the 18th floor. Definitely come again if I come to Kaiping."

"1. Check-in Process Great, a few minor questions but was very smooth experience and process. Friendly check-in procedure and follow-up. 2. Restaurant Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to have breakfast, but hopefully next time. 3. Rooms Very clean rooms and well prepared. The cleaners did a great job too. 4. Air Con and Amenities in the Room Temperature controlled remote and good basic amenities for stay which is refilled during daily cleaning procedure when asked. 5. Laundry They have a self-service laundry, which is very good and helpful. They even provide small amount of detergents for cleaner clothes. The bonus is also the dryer machine that comes with it. 6. Check-out Very quick and smooth. 7. Location Good location which is near local shopping small if you want to do some small shopping or have a quick bite or tea/coffee break. Feedback / Improvements for attracting more foreigners (Tourists) / Businesses (My opinion) 1. Basic/Simple English in front-desk would be helpful, but not important. 2. Translation on Laundry Instructions (self-service) can be helpful or pre-recorded video to help elderly or first-time visitors the correct procedures. 3. Restaurants to open not only for breakfast but option for different hours (such as afternoon/evening) but for short duration ordering time-period. Even though location is superb for local shopping mall, it would be great to experience afternoon/evening meal in the hotel and/or in-room dining services in the future (if it becomes popular). 4. Ironing board. There is a self service ironing but can be helpful to have an ironing board within the room, especially great experience with washing and drying clothes. However ironing clothes individually requires time and the ironing which is shared in the communal area can be time consuming if it is popular in demand during the time of use. Overall, definitely superb hotel for the price and cleanliness. There is room for improvements but nevertheless, the experience and my stay there was nice."

"The hotel environment location is okay, but the hotel cleaning sister seriously harassed guests, 8:00 in the morning guests still resting, their own room door came in said to do hygiene, 9:00 and knocked on the door said to do hygiene, the above behavior seriously violated the privacy of guests and seriously affected guests' rest, hope the hotel seriously deal with this issue"

"Cantonese hospitality at its best! The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time. The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China. All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed. Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own. The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot. Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food. In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated. The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!"

"The hotel enjoys a prime location within the park, making it very convenient to get around by sightseeing tram and boat. The overall design is modern and fresh, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff are all very friendly, attentive, and thoughtful; even the housekeeping staff proactively greet guests. The hotel also boasts a swimming pool, which is very refreshing for an evening swim. It would be even more perfect if the breakfast selection were a bit more varied."

"The receptionist 小徐 has offered us free upgrade for lakeview rooms and the rooms were good! Clean and spacious with nice view! Breakfast in acceptable range as options are quite limited. There are 2 convenient stores within walking distance but none of the eateries nearby. So we had to take Didi to travel to the mall nearby for dinner. Overall, Vienna is quite a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. "

"Exceptional apartment style rooms that is convenient and ofter all the amenities and tools you will need as a home away from home. Our one bedroom suite had on-suite washer and dryer (even hotel's at Hangzhou didn't have dryers), disher washer, fridge, and full stove/oven. All the dishes and detergent were provided and replenished daily. Housekeeping even did my dishes on days I left them in the sink! This hotel is conveniently situated at the city center of Kaiping and most things are within a short walking distance. I found this hotel after having stayed at and leaving another that was unacceptable. TingFeng Hotel staff was in the middle of giving their fourth floor a deep clean and I was able to witness first hand their pride of stewardship of this hotel. Not only did Reception ensure we had the exact room to meet our needs but they went over and above to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Special shout out to the exceptional leadership and great attitude of Cindy at the front desk. I was accompanying my elderly mother back to Kaiping to visit family and have not been back in Kaiping for over 20 years. Along with many of the other concierge staff she help to arrange much of our itinerary while in Kaiping. We felt very safe and secure with her reliability and responsiveness to our needs. Thank you, Cindy! You are truly exceptional and your level of service can be set as bar for any five star hotel world wide."

"Facilities: Average, nothing special, but the air conditioner is too noisy. The air conditioner in the next room is on, but it's like a stuffy pot buzzing here. Such a quiet place is ruined by an air conditioner. It is recommended to install the air conditioner on the ground instead of nailing it to the wall to cause resonance in the whole room. Hygiene: Average, acceptable Environment: The environment is OK, Suguo is very quiet without that abominable air conditioner"

"I always love to stay at this Hotel , Room is big , receptionist is good , location is perfect, one issue I hope the management will consider the corridors and room carpet to do a deep cleaning it's getting very dirty now , if my next trip there is no improvement I shall look into next hotel"
