Cantonese hospitality at its best!
The family who runs the place masters the art of taking care of their guests. We posses a limited Chinese vocabulary, but with the help of a translation app, and their eagerness to make us feel at home, we had a great time.
The rooms are spacious and clean, we travel a lot and this was one of the most comfortable beds we have slept in while being in China.
All amenities are supplied (including a snack box in the room!) and everyone has been helpful in ensuring we had all we needed.
Breakfast was generous with many local dishes, ones we, as foreigners, most likely wouldn’t have tried on our own.
The location is very convenient; Zilicun entrance is a 8 min walk. You can easily spend the whole morning in Zilicun to enjoy the scenery before it gets too hot.
Afterwards we came back to enjoy lunch at the homestay - the restaurant serves tasty food.
In the evening the scenery is stunning, a lot of effort has been put in landscaping the garden and the towns main buildings are perfectly illuminated.
The family’s generosity, together with the facilities and the cosy performances at night made our stay very special. Thank you again!

One of the most pleasant and unique stays in Kaiping China. The rooms were spacious and clean, the attention to details were greatly appreciated, the complimentary tidbits were yummy. Breakfast was a spread and really value for money.

大堂裏各種水果供住客隨時取用！
出去遊覽卻惦記着趕回民宿吃飯😃
餐餐有特色，餐餐不重樣！
原汁原味的江門當地特色菜隨叫隨上。
食材新鮮，烹飪匠心，價格公道。
看着老闆、店員們每天早早地在準備着各式各樣精緻的點心、粥粉，想想早餐的價格真的連那杯拿鐵咖啡都未必夠。
客房傢俱、床品皆為品質、品牌好物，民宿老闆還預備了介紹當地旅遊資源、碉樓等的品質書籍。
一切能為住客想到的旅行盥洗用品都免費提供着。
一個房間美、園林美、餐飲靚、具有大愛之心的民宿！

住在五十三度竹下是最最美好的經歷。
甫一入住，老闆大哥的笑容就讓我們感覺特別温暖，他親手泡的紅茶品種繁多的零食水果介紹碉樓的書籍客廳裏的鋼琴院子裏的譜架和吉他曲譜池塘裏的錦鯉小院裏的天幕花花草草大樹菜畦雞籠富有年代感的地道，看似不經意，卻有着主人的各種巧思在裏面。
飯飯超好吃，這也是我選擇民宿的先決條件。96歲老爺爺不單種菜餵雞，還餵我們這些孩子，鵝超好吃，鯽魚飯超好吃，青菜超超好吃，感恩感謝老爺爺！祝您健康長壽！對了，剩飯可以放冰箱下頓接着吃，就像家裡一樣，特別好！
房間温馨智能化，準備了零食水果一次性洗臉巾毛巾浴巾恭桶圈消毒紙巾便後濕紙巾大瓶飲用水飲料紅茶，統統沒有隱形消費，必須點贊！
早餐牛啊，都是精緻的有地域特色的品種多樣的必須戴口罩取用的好吃的，每天早上都吃撐！
要離開了，老闆大哥和店長還送上了禮物🎁，太貼心！
民宿裏每個工作人員都特別好溝通工作很認真，是我們住過的那麼多酒店個民宿裏面最好的最值得我們回憶的！
貓咪們都特別可愛粘人，小饞貓！
