一進到酒店，就被大廳吸引了，裝修很氣派，前台小姐姐很熱情，服務態度很好，工作專業，客房大姐也很親切這家酒店管理真的很到位，我們在這住的很開心，很舒服，熱水也熱的很快，床單窗簾都是新的，酒店靠在湖邊，非常安靜，吃飯也很方便，步行幾分鐘就到了，選擇也很多，非常推薦大家來這裏！

房間很寬敞，洗手間也大，乾淨衞生，早餐還可以。但請注意，如果開車到酒店要在開陽南出來，到酒店衹有5.7公里很近。
今天早攴時把隨身帶的小包遺落在攴廳，服務員趙小姐即時與我們聯繫並幫忙寄回來，在此表示感謝！

非常棒的酒店，這算是開陽最好最舒服的酒店，房間乾淨整齊，美觀，前台服務非常的好，周邊的配套齊全，好吃喝玩樂，金湖中心美食一條街，好評，當然最滿意的就是酒店寬敞乾淨，住起來舒服，價格也實惠，以後去開陽還會住他們家。

出差這麼久，住過無數酒店，這次真是很奇葩。本來是當地朋友推薦來的，結果住進去後發現好幾個問題，走廊凍的要死，這個也能理解，沒有洗衣袋也能理解。但是洗衣房在四樓，晚上去洗衣服真心嚇人，黑乎乎的，走廊又長。還有就是五樓餐廳得好好評價下，真不相信那是廚師做出來的菜，萵筍又老又不新鮮就算了，還沒熟，過水菜都會比這個熟一點，吃起來生味太濃，還有回鍋肉，簡直不知道説什麼鬼，用一堆醬料拌了下就端上來了，又鹹又全是醬味。這也就算了，跟五樓服務員反饋，面無表情的回了句這樣嗎？沒有後文了，其實我是無所謂了，以後不去住就是，但是這樣營業做生意，讓人很難理解，難道準備以後都做一次客？還有電梯，公用能理解，但是魚龍混雜，不用刷卡誰都可以上住房樓，這點值得反省。還有就是一樓上電梯時能聞到衞生間濃濃的味道。房間空調也不舒服，不知道是不是房間大的問題，總體來説，體驗感真的不太好。整個酒店就感覺前台（不含五樓收銀員）還挺熱情……其他真心不想給好評

酒店是新開業不久，但各式人等確實太複雜了，隨意出入，喝酒的，開會的談判的，電梯那個臟亂，早餐也是簡單過頭了，説是酒店，服務也是一般般的，但四樓洗衣房要求開燈後倒是馬上開了，後面附上對比圖。聽當地人説這是縣城最好的酒店了，確實我在攜程上看不到更好的了，也不知道當地的收入怎樣，這個價格也許能做的很好，感覺就是臨時拼湊的，如果不是去大峽谷漂流的，大家參考吧
