"This is my first bad review on Ctrip, and I'm dedicating it to this B&B. Let me emphasize this three times: The B&B itself is great for accommodation, the B&B itself is great for accommodation, the B&B itself is great for accommodation. However, the negative review is due to the extremely poor return journey driver provided by the B&B. The car was bad, and the driver's skills were terrible (he was driving with one hand while on the phone with the other). Most importantly, the driver suddenly increased the price. At that moment, I almost called the police because of the price hike. You can see the full details in the attached pictures. My advice: If you're not driving yourself, it's impossible to get a ride back from this location. I tried booking a car through a platform a day in advance and couldn't find one. So, you need to be aware that coming to this B&B requires self-driving. If you're not sure if you can definitely book a ride-hailing car through a platform for your return trip from the B&B, then your only option for getting back will be to reluctantly take the return car provided by the B&B. These types of cars may not even have operating licenses, and coupled with the driver's poor skills and last-minute price increases, it will all lead to a very bad travel experience."

"I stayed at this hotel when I visited Monkey Ear Pit, and it was super close – a 10-20 minute taxi ride, so transportation was really convenient. Ordering takeout was also a breeze; it arrived in about 15 minutes. The cleaning staff were lovely too. The only thing is, the takeout food here is all so spicy! 😭 If you can't handle spice, definitely make a note when ordering.
