Basic amenities are not in place. 1. Morning started with sitting on toilet seat for half an hour waiting for drop of water. 2. Dth was not working despite clear weather. 3. Unstable internet through out the stay 4. Parking space occupied by the day visitors, no specific place for the guests. 5. Nothing to do in the evening after sun set. 6. Very limited complimentary games per person, i. E. Only five shooting shots, 5 archery shots etc. 7. Less activity for adult traveling with parents.

Hi, the room & room service both were fantastic & pleasant. Food quality & quantity turned out to be really great. The staff were very courteous & soft spoken. Had a great time staying!

Just average place. The room linen were stinky. Food quality was not good
all the kid's swings were rusted. Overall disappointed with the stay. Need better upkeep

The location, ambience, food and everything was good except for the housekeeping part. The linens had stains on them and looked dirty, the bathroom was also not that clean compared to the price we paid. Didn't even touch the buckets and mugs cu z the condition was yuck! overall, housekeeping department should improve on their part

The deluxe room is located in a terrible place. The icbp road is very slippery during rain. The wine service is closed after 10. 00 pm. Also, dinner must be ordered before 9. 30

The rooms were ok. But the housekeeping should improve. There were couple of stuff under the table which were not cleaned. The food also needs lot of improvement.

The pool is uncleaned. Big big spiders inside the room. Their restaurant is on a pond that requires serious attention, flies and insects are everywhere. The staffs dump leftovers of the guests’ plates their in the pool. Toilet over flows and stinks.
