位置絕好，就在老城區最中心位置，出門就是溜溜城商業街、情歌廣場，單位老宿舍樓重新裝修的房間還不錯，有機麻洗衣機，小區裏能停車，注意停車費另付，不過能在老城區找個車位也不容易。房東就住在隔壁，服務態度好，總之值得推薦。晚上沿河漫步真是舒服
