The only suggestion to the hotel - at breakfast, there could be a proper coffee served. Overall, can highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Tagong!"

I stumbled upon the top-ranked hot spring hotel online and decided to give it a try. It was truly amazing! I had originally booked a private hot spring room, but I was genuinely impressed by the public hot spring area. The romantic ambiance, along with complimentary tea, fruits, and snacks, was delightful, and the service was incredibly warm. The lobby environment was also very comfortable, and both the breakfast and the overall hotel environment were fantastic!"

"It was already midnight when we arrived at the hotel, but the handsome guy and lovely lady at the front desk were still very enthusiastic, helping us with our luggage and checking us in. One of my friends was suffering badly from altitude sickness, and they even brought him some anti-altitude sickness tea and a small nasal inhaler to help. The room was super spacious and overlooked a small stream. The next morning, I pulled open the curtains and was stunned by the view – we could even see yaks grazing on the opposite bank. The fried rice/stir-fries at breakfast were amazing; my friend had a huge bowl. I loved the milk 🥛; it tasted much richer and creamier than what I usually drink. They even had a lucky draw during the National Day holiday, making the service experience truly fantastic! 🤩🥰🥰"

"This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my Western Sichuan Grand Loop road trip, highly recommended! The room offers fantastic views, is equipped with an oxygen concentrator, features beautiful Tibetan-style decor, and I even woke up to a view of snow-capped mountains! The room was impeccably clean, perfect for anyone who values hygiene (a strong recommendation for germaphobes!). The front desk service was excellent, and in the evening, you can enjoy a delicious, warm hotpot – the taste was absolutely fantastic! The entire property is very quiet. Despite its high occupancy, it was very peaceful. You can definitely book with confidence."

"Achieved hot spring freedom at Kangding Cungu Village! ♨️ The front desk staff were super enthusiastic and helped us with a lot of luggage 🧳. The accommodation was very clean, but I'd suggest changing the shower and toilet glass to frosted or adding a curtain, as privacy wasn't great for a family trip 😅. Also, there were quite a few mosquitoes on the first floor; it would be best to add a screen to the balcony to keep out bugs. Overall, it was excellent, and I'd recommend it to friends visiting the area! 👍🏻"

"The worst B&B I've ever stayed in Kangding!!! After booking the hotel, I called the boss in advance to confirm whether there was floor heating, and the boss replied affirmatively that there was floor heating. After I arrived at the hotel, I asked the front desk again whether there was floor heating. The front desk was hesitant and couldn't explain clearly. At that time, the front desk and the boss were on the phone because of the breakfast issue. The boss replied again on the phone that there was floor heating. Anyone who has been to western Sichuan in winter knows the importance of floor heating. As a result, after arriving in the room, the temperature did not rise all night after turning on the so-called "floor heating", and there was no air conditioning. The whole room was very, very cold, and there was only a thin quilt. I thought I could sleep with an electric blanket, but I only felt a little warm on my back when I turned on the electric blanket. Later, I wanted to call the front desk to send another quilt, but no one answered the phone and there was no one at the front desk. So I didn't sleep well all night, got up early and left, and there was no one at the front desk in the morning. I was really impressed. If there is no floor heating, just tell me directly, there is no need to deceive guests like this! ! ! ! !"

Because you are a resort hotel, your customer base is not a one-time one, and there will be many repeat customers. Except for some basic equipment that needs to be improved, I give the hotel five stars. 1. The problem of charging piles. The hotel only has AC piles, and DC electric cars can only be charged by driving to the hotel 4 kilometers away. I hope that DC fast charging piles can be added in the future. 2. Since it is a hot spring hotel, the room must be equipped with a dirty clothes basket. I hope to have a washing machine and a dryer (self-service payment is ok), as long as the guests staying in the hotel take a hot spring bath, they will have this demand. 3. Breakfast problem, there are very few varieties and very few quantities. You all have data for the guests who checked in that night, and the breakfast of the next day should be prepared according to this quantity, and the meal should be prepared faster during peak hours. I can understand that noodles need freshly cooked ingredients, but it should not be difficult to supply steamed buns, steamed buns, and flower rolls. 4. The service is very good, but I hope your hotel can explore more of its own ethnic characteristics (the tsampa, butter tea and ******* incense are very good, and it is recommended to promote them to guests more), so that holiday guests can have a rich experience without leaving the hotel. Summer vacation is coming soon, and there will be more people coming for vacation and summer vacation. I hope your hotel can get better and better and make up for its shortcomings."

Village conditions in general aren't great; we ate on the first floor, but the toilet smelled terrible… If you're looking for something nicer, you might consider staying in Shade Town.
