Because of the yellow duck, I stayed at the Hanshen Hotel in Kaohsiung. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was greeted by the scent of flowers and the fragrance was everywhere. For this family trip, the two adults and one child were arranged in a side room on the high floor. The night city view was beautiful. The room was clean and very comfortable to sleep on! It's a very nice hotel as the location is just next to a pub bar with a live band. As a visitor in this city, it's a nice way to spend the night. Plus it's a few minutes away from the train station. The buffet breakfast was good, lots of choices. The front desk receptionist was very accommodating and the front door guard helps us to call for a taxi. The staffs were all nice and helpful.

There is washing powder, but drying requires a fee. (7) There is a bathtub and a flush toilet. The hot water in the bathroom comes quickly and hot, and the water is large. It is very comfortable to wash. I went up the mountain to collect herbs for washing and bathing, and I also gave her hair lotion. (8) The cups and the soap dish on the sink are made of plastic, so you can give your children a bath without worrying about breaking them. There was a lot of dusk in the bathroom for some reason. The ceiling in the shower is very low so if you’re 6ft and over, you will have to move your head to the side. The left fan was broken so only the right side of the room had ac. Hotel staff is quick and responsive to your needs and requests. The lady there is very respectful and helpful. The guys there are also chill and easy going dudes. Overall, i give it a 4 out of five since the fan didn’t work, dusk in bathroom and low shower ceiling.
