Полное разочарование. Описание отеля не соответствует действительности. Отель не имеет права на 4 звезды и не может называться спа-отелем. Требуется ремонт. Сауну нужно всегда резервировать, зоны отдыха в сауне нет, простыни рваные, полотенец в сауне нет. Менеджер не компетентен, а сотрудники проявляют грубость и не профессионализм. Отель грязный, убирают плохо, везде паутина, ванные комнаты не убирают. Еда однообразная. Если позже приходишь в столовую, то многих блюд уже нет. С менеджером не связаться, решить вопросы невозможно. Очень плохая организация . Просто печально. Итог: Рождественские каникулы и отпуск испорчены. Нам пришлось покинуть отель накануне Нового года." Не рекомендуем не в коем случае

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine schöne Atmosphäre. An der Rezeption hatte ich leider eine unangenehme Szene mit Frau Hasselbauerva Monika, die sehr unprofessionell in ihrer Arbeit und nicht freundlich war.
