Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, one day apart. The first time I went to the hotel, I checked in quickly. When I got to the room, I found that the toilet bowl in the bathroom was covered with a disposable seat cushion cover from the previous guest. There were brown stains on the seat cushion cover, and there were spray-like brown stains in the toilet bowl. attached to the wall. One of the two towels on the wall is folded and the other is unfolded. I realized something was wrong, so I contacted the hotel service staff to confirm and re-cleaned the bathroom. The cleaning staff had a very good attitude. They recognized their mistake and apologized to me. The second time I went to the front desk, there was only one person, and I had to wait a very long time to check in. Finally, I was given a room at the end of the room. The bathroom inside looked a little dirty (as shown in the picture). At first, I thought it was a cleaning problem, but later I discovered that it was due to footprints on the pavement and stubborn stains on the floor tiles. Facilities: Their pillows are different from all the Home Inns I have stayed in before. They are cassia pillows. Personally, I prefer fluffy pillows.
