前台小哥很有禮貌，服務也很好。酒店有健身房和小小的泳池。周邊吃的選擇很多。
唯一一點，之前在攜程上訂是皇冠酒店，但臨出發前被告知名字改了，根本不是皇冠。攜程的這個操作確實有點不可接受，屬於虛假宣傳…

The room was very clean and spacious but lacked a window. It was affordable and conveniently located. Staff was truly outstanding in their graciousness and very helpful in suggesting restsurants.

The rating on ******* is wrong. This property is NOT an 8.0. Maybe a 5.
Overheard at the front desk: “I’m sorry, ma’am. There’s nothing I can do. The cleaners are third-party.” And that explains why this property is so dirty.
This is a Choice Hotel. My choice would be another property.
*******: fix your rating. You are deceiving your customers.

Our door stopped working so we were locked out. A staff member was able to fish the door open, but then we were unable to leave the room without propping the door open. They were unable to get us a different room so we had to stay in. The next day they were able to get a different room but it smelled like mildew. There was a large dehumidifier so there probably was some flooding at some point. Might just have been bad luck, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was dated and needs an update. Very noisy place with convention going on. Our car was vandalized in their parking lot.

The shuttle driver was rude and took too long to pick us up and I was with a minor standing outside with my daughter out in the cold and in the dark.

Check in was ok, young female at desk was nice. But I continued to keep getting locked out of my room. On the last night, the battery died in the door. Security could not get me in the room, I was supposed to be moved to another room. Never happened. Thank goodness my friend was near and could use the lock kit to open the door. I asked housekeeping for towels, and she did not want to give me fresh ones. I had to make my own bed. Tried to call the front desk, never got an answer. Ice machine was not working. The bar was making up prices to charge, since no one was buying a drink. Which clearly wasn't' the guest's fault about the machine not working. I can't say that I will return.

First off they put me in a room that was obvious it was not available ao got another a little better.i was upset about the jacuzzi..i was expecting to get in it with my fiance it was valentines instead i thought a monster might jump.out the pool it was so nasty...breakfast is included and what they have to offer is just not worth it...
