"The room and bathroom was overall clean and the furnitures made a good impression. Unfortunately there were no curtains to close and the room was very noisy, so you could hear the cars and guests as well. Staff at the reception was friendly and the check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable."

"They said there was an airport shuttle, but in fact there wasn't. They didn't tell the truth at first. They initially said that the shuttle was temporarily unavailable, so I took a taxi myself. When they confirmed whether there was a shuttle on the first morning, they told me not to stop. The confirmation was late, one at 4 pm, another at 6 pm, and then at 8 pm, they said that their hotel did not have airport pick-up and drop-off services, so I had to handle it myself. I have been to the United States so many times, and this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. never come again"

"I booked an overnight stay because my flight was leaving early the next morning. As expected from an American hotel, the room was spacious and nice. The free airport pick-up/drop-off service was convenient. I didn't know there was a pick-up service, so I took an Uber to the hotel, but when I checked in, the staff first asked me if I was going to the airport and what time my flight was, and kindly made the reservation for me. Thanks to that, I was able to comfortably get to the airport at 5 a.m. the next day."

"To start with the positives: This is one of the few airport hotels with free shuttle transfers which worked well. The room is large and as per the pics, with comfortable bed. Negatives: The hotel "lost" my booking. They said they tried to call me with no answer because my phone was switched off, but when I suggested this may be because I was flying the receptionist said "No...you had switched your phone off". Quite a strange answer & attitude to a guest. She "rebooked" me and I ended up paying more then my original booking price. I stayed two nights, and throughout my stay, I had ZERO TV connection. I told the receptionist, and she (a different receptionist to check in) didnt seem to care at all !! ("it probably needs rebooting").....but despite being told someone would attend to it, nothing was done. For the money I paid, having no TV is ridiculous. Minor issues.....no handle on the shower tap, nowhere to hang a towel in the bathoom (there had been something on the back of the door, but was missing). Despite being listed on the amenities, there was no fridge. (just a gap where it should have been.) Overall, for the money paid, a very disappointing stay and will definitely look for other options on future visits."

"This motel is special: I’m a motel fan and it is the first motel I’ve ever see that goes with an elevator! it gave me both a surprise and delight that I could easily carry my luggage to the second floor. You can tell the owner knows how to do business: it’s TV is even larger than the one I lived in downtown NOLA—and most important of all, the TV is working very well. Before switching to this motel, I lived in Aloft New Orleans Downtown for 3 nights, with nightly rate above $200, yet I felt quite inconvenient because Aloft lacked this and that. So really, amenities can be new or old, but the sense of the owner to invest in essentials to provide convenience does not necessarily mean that these things have to be “fancy” (but useless). While I wouldn’t say the level of cleanliness was also super—it was ok (though the blankets could have been nicer)—but overall in the world of motels, this one makes me feel that the owner does intend to offer you some needed service."
