Sunnyside Guest House

We received a very warm welcome from Paul and Nicky on arrival. The hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable. We added evening meals to our booking and they were delicious and served with care and attention, as was breakfast. Lovely comfortable room. Excellent lounge with free tea and coffee and a vast array of reading material and games. We had a lovely stay. Thank you so much Paul and Nicky for making us feel right at home. You are wonderful hosts. We chatted to other guests during our stay and it wasn’t a surprise at all to hear that they are regular visitors. We will definitely be returning.

What a wonderful find in Keswick! This was a fantastic B&B which is obviously run by a professional team whose only purpose is to ensure you have the best stay possible. They definitely succeeded! I haven’t been to Keswick for many years so it was difficult choosing the right B&B. I struck lucky with this guest house and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. They were incredibly welcoming and I knew I’d made the right choice the moment I walked in. I had a very clean, modern en-suite room with fresh milk, a mini fridge, cooling tower fan and loads of other little extras. After a long, hot drive to get there, I was genuinely smiling once I got into my room as it was such a treat. It even had a wonderful view towards Latrigg. There was lots of choice for breakfast and everything was incredibly delicious. I wouldn’t have expected anything else from such a professional team. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m next in Keswick. In fact, if they have the availability, I won’t be staying anywhere else.

Spent 2 nights at sunnyside, was greeted by Paul who i found welcoming and pleasant, The room ( 3 ) was immaculate and had every thing i needed for a weekend stay, the breakfast served in the morning by his wife Nicky, who i found pleasant and chatty was a full English Breakfast, extras such as cereals, orange juice , yogurt, tea coffee was also available. The cat was also friendly. I highly recommend this guest house and i will certainly will be returning in the future

Warm and friendly welcome from the hosts, rooms are top quality and very comfortable. Breakfast is really good and sets you up for the day. Easily first choice when visiting the area, highly recommended.

Excellent stay, lovely room and superb breakfast. Parking on site is a godsend, anyone who knows Keswick, will understand how essential this is. Mine hosts were brilliant, informative and knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended. Would definitely return.
