The pool is very small but nice. Perfect location two blocks from the main street where everything is. Parking at the paid door.

The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month.
The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out.
There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase.
Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room.
Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night.
The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem.
Food: Breakfast was better than average.

This was a great spot to stay in the keys. Easily walkable to Duval street and tons of great dining option's, but still far enough away so that the noise of crowds doesn’t keep you up at night. 2 small pools to choose from. Breakfast is pretty basic - bagels, a couple baked goods, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. We actually got upgraded for free to a room with a patio which was lovely! Loved having more space and really appreciated that. However, if you are on the road side it is very loud 24/7. There’s always cars, scooters, trucks etc driving by at all hours so bring your earplugs! Otherwise would recommend. It’s quaint and comfy. Rooms could use 4 towels instead of 2. And cleaning service came 2 times over our 4 night stay.

We purchased a higher end room on this site but only discovered at checkout we were actually put in a basic room and charge over $3,000.00. There was no bottle water available and we were charged a deposit of $350.00 for incidentals but yet there was nothing to purchase. We did not even have a coffee pot available in the room and the “continental breakfast” was nothing more than a few pieces of toast, hot yogurt, and a few cold pastries. This place is so overpriced and over rated. I would never stay there again nor recommend it!!!!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duvall Street, shopping, and restaurants. The property and room were clean and well maintained. Room was small but all we needed and was cleaned daily.
Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Chickens/roosters are a real thing and they could be heard in the morning! Nothing that the property could control, just be aware.
We would definitely stay again!

We were not notified that this was no longer a Kimpton property and under new ownership. Definitely not the Kimpton experience we were hoping for.
