The Retrait was such a vibe, the stuff are super friendly, loved their services. The heated pool outside the room was everything, very cozy. I loved their outdoors showers. I love the trees and the gardens at both the retrait and heaven Loved the whole experience

We spent a night in the Pool Villa and was amazed by the luxury and hospitality of the place. Definitely setting new standards for a staycation in Kigali! Everything from the heated, private pool to the outdoor shower, the bathtub big enough for two people makes this the perfect place for a couple to enjoy some time together. The food and service is amazing as well. 100/10 recommend!

Beautiful rooms and great first night in Kigali. We flew from NY to Nairobi to Kigali and stayed here our first night after our long trip. It was a perfect place to stay for our entry into our trip. Centrally located in the city. The rooms were spectacular with our own heated pools our teenage kids swam in. Indoor and outdoor showers. Apparently our kids stayed in the same suite King Charles stayed in over the summer. The gym here is well equipped and i worked out twice in it. We had breakfast included which was nicely served by the main pool. Make note it included a 30 min massage but you have to book in advance. We were not told this so they were not able to accommodate that amenity for us which was a disappointment that’s why i gave it 4 stars. Also we ate dinner at the hotel and i regret that. The food wasn’t great for dinner, in retrospect we should have tried one of the restaurants in Kigali since it is safe and they have lots of options that have views overlooking the city. Otherwise for the room and gym i highly recommend this hotel.

We had a mishap in our booking and the front desk and managers were amazing, solving everything in a quick, efficient and incredible manner. Huge shout out to Kenneth, who helped us along the way. If you want a magical stay, do go here!

The hotel was absolutely lovely - an oasis in the city. The rooms were lovely, the pool gorgeous (we wished we had time for a swim), and the breakfast delicious. Everyone on staff was kind and wonderful! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend!

Location and room was amazing. Felt like we had gone far away to a mindfulness retreat. Lots of attention to detail: spa slippers, softest mattress ever, heated hot tub at perfect temperature, fresh snacks, eco-friendly, The service was immaculate, and friendly. The amenities such as the salt water pool was to live for. Overall excellent room, location, service, and amenities.

Overall, a very good place to stay. Pool was ok, though a quick, steep drop off. Breakfast bar very good. Omelets and pancakes to order, brought to our table. Dinner in each of the two restaurants was very good, though not great. Waitress forgot one of our dishes. After waiting a while we called her over, and she apologized saying she hadn’t heard the order. Turndown service very good. Bed very comfy, though pillows way too firm. Overall, very friendly and attentive staff. Gift shop is wonderful! We had a robe and blouse sewn to specifications. Quick and well sewn by very sweet tailor. Happy to have been here.

It is a great hotel we really enjoyed our stay!!! We had a beutiful surprise waiting for us when we arrived. Shema was really kind and helpfull to us. And all the staff in restaurant was amazing and breakfast delicious. Thank you for everything!!!
