The airport drop-off service was excellent, running every twenty minutes and always on time. The check-in staff were also great; they extended my check-out time by an hour and even gave me delicious cookies. However, the airport pick-up service was terrible. I waited at gate 3A for a full fifty minutes. A car drove right past me without stopping in the middle of it – what was that all about? I was dragging two suitcases and ended up chasing it, which left me with a huge bruise.
Furthermore, this hotel is massive with many buildings. The building I stayed in felt like it had very few guests. The room facilities were also quite old (though I appreciated having a microwave in the room). There were all sorts of noises at night, and being alone, I honestly got a bit scared. I ended up sleeping with the lights on.
• They also give you a welcome cookie. Chocolate cookie
• The room is spacious and the sofa bed and two queen beds were both clean.
• It is close to the Seattle-Tacoma Airport car shuttle facility, about 2.5 miles by car.
• I was able to have a satisfactory experience with the friendly service of the front desk and housekeepers.
• If you have a rental car, it is very convenient to park in the large parking lot. However, there is a parking fee.
• If there is no traffic to downtown, you can go straight on I-5 and get off, so it is easy to find the way without much trouble. (About 20 minutes)
• The downside is that the toilet water pressure is weak.
• The downside is that there is a coffee machine, but no coffee pot.
Although the hotel is a bit old, the decoration style is very classical, the room is relatively large, very suitable for family travel, buffet breakfast is available, the fruit is very rich, there are not many breads, but there are many types, which can meet the needs of eating and drinking, and balanced nutrition. The hotel is located in Downtown, close to the sea. You can walk to the beach and the Parker market, not far from Chinatown, Chinese food and Japanese food perfectly connect the Chinese stomach, behind the hotel is the Columbia Building, you can climb to the top to see the city scenery, light rail at the hotel entrance, airport and main attractions, travel is very convenient, it is recommended!
