Great
AAnonymous UserI booked a king-size bed room, but ended up getting a twin-bed room. I was tired from the journey, so I didn't change.
In short, the sanitation is good, the environment is good, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, and the hotel location is also very convenient
__WeChat57102****I'm not sure why this hotel has such low ratings; I actually think it's a really great place. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely stay here again 👍 The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, and it was incredibly quiet. Overall, it felt very comfortable and cozy. The transportation is extremely convenient; aside from taking an Uber to Bruce Lee's grave, I could walk to every other attraction in Seattle. Pike Place Market is right around the corner, just a right turn from the hotel 🌹 Oh, and there's also a fantastic Vietnamese pho place nearby that I highly recommend 😋 I'd suggest this hotel to all visitors coming to Seattle – it's truly excellent 😎 I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM that day, and the front desk let me check in right away, which was so nice 😊 Plus, every guest gets a complimentary glass of wine 🍷 or cocktail 🍹 from the restaurant, which you can enjoy anytime. I believe this hotel deserves a rating of 4.8 or higher.
GGuest UserLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
GGuest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, but it is situated right next to the highway, resulting in a high level of noise from the constant traffic. Additionally, the hotel charges $50USD per night for parking with in-and-out privileges. During our stay, we experienced a delay at the parking gate due to a previous car being unable to exit, and there was a lack of immediate assistance from the parking staff. Furthermore, when inquiring about the following day being a public holiday, the front desk was unable to provide this information. Despite having stayed at this hotel twice this year, I am considering alternative options as I believe there may be better choices available for the price of $400 per night.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

Very Good
SSammyRest24The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient.
One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

Good
AAnonymous UserThe shuttle bus to the airport runs every half an hour, but you need to make an appointment, because sometimes it doesn't leave if there are no guests. The room is quite big, the living room and the room are separated, but it is old and clean. There is a gas station nearby that can be used as 7-11 to buy water, card fees and snacks. There is a big shopping mall nearby, so shopping is very convenient.
GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.
