Stayed at Special Room. Sorry but this room is not worth to the price (2 person, 93,600 JPY/night). Room smelled like a cattle barn, shelf was dusty, fireworks event was cancelled without noticing customers ... 2.3 points as 5.0 is max Room: ++ View from the Room: ++ Staff: +++ Transportation:️️️️++ Convenience in the hotel: ++ Meal: +++

This was my second visit. Last time, I didn't have a good impression as the pool was crowded during the summer holidays and the bath mat was soaking wet and disgusting, but this time it was a cold day in early March and it was generally empty so it was nice. We couldn't use the outdoor pool but the view from our room was good and the bath in the spa building was empty so we were able to relax. Room 414 is on a low floor but we were able to see the fireworks and fountain show from our room which was comfortable. If I have the chance to go again, I'll go on a day other than summer.

The best thing was being able to take a bath in gold (including platinum and silver). However, the gold bath on the top floor is only available at certain times, such as until 10pm, so if you plan to go, be aware of this.

We stayed here on a family trip. We stayed in the VIP room on the top floor. They seem to place a lot of importance on customer service, and the staff were very friendly, which left a good impression.
Both breakfast and dinner meals were crescent-style buffets. They used plenty of ingredients from Chiba, and they were delicious. There was all-you-can-drink alcohol at dinner, but apart from beer, it seems like people's tastes will vary. The Boso whiskey was sweet and had an interesting taste.
The view from the large public bath was amazing, but the water was a little lukewarm, so I was worried about it getting cold after a while.
I would like to stay here again.

When I was checking in and trying to unload my luggage from the rental car, the bus was parked at the entrance with no one getting on or off. Stayed on a weekend in November. No guidance to the parking lot. No greetings when entering or leaving the hotel.
