Location was great, within 5 mins walking distance from subway. There were free snacks and drinks for whole day long; free Kobe donuts from 2 to 5pm. The room was spacious and the bathroom was surprisingly big. We had a great day!

The double room was quite a bit more expensive than the king room, but it was very spacious and clean inside, truly comfortable 👍 The front desk is on the second floor, and there's a lounge next to it. It seems like they offer free snacks in the afternoon, but we didn't get to try them. The location isn't far from Sannomiya Station, but it felt like a maze around there 😵💫 Plus, with the skybridge under construction, several directions were blocked, so it took us ages to find our way in and out every time 🙃 And we had to go up and down that complicated skybridge—maybe I'm just bad with directions… It's about a 10-minute walk to the airport bus stop, which isn't super convenient if you're hauling luggage.

The twin room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The service was excellent! There's a coffee bar in the lobby, and they even offer donuts around 4 PM. You can reach the hotel in about 5 minutes on foot from Suncity Exit 21 via the underground passage, or from the JR East Exit.

My family booked a triple room at Comfort Era Hotel, and to our surprise, it came with four beds! The room was spacious with plenty of room to open our luggage, and the beds were comfortable, which made a great first impression. Unfortunately, as soon as we walked into the room, we were hit by a strong damp smell coming from the carpet. The bathroom also had an unpleasant urine odor coming from the toilet. On top of that, the toilet seat was not cleaned and had poo stains on it. The television didn’t work as well and we couldn’t access wifi from our room. We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, they were unable to move us that night. The smell was so overwhelming that it gave us headaches, and we really didn’t want to stay in the room. We even tried spraying perfume to mask the odor, but it didn’t make a difference. We also found a long strand of hair on one of the beds, along with dust under the beds and in the corners of the room. The bathroom ventilation was also quite weak. After showering, our towels stayed damp for a long time, leaving the bathroom feeling musty and uncomfortable. Thankfully, the next day the staff went above and beyond to help us by moving us to another triple room on a higher floor. One of the staff went into the previous room to check the smell as well. They were incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely cared about making our stay more comfortable. We were very impressed with their excellent customer service. Although the second room still had a slight damp smell from the carpet and a faint odor from the toilet, it was much better than the first room and made the rest of our stay much more enjoyable. The hotel doesn’t provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms because free drinks are available in the lobby. While we appreciated the complimentary beverages, having to fill cups and carry them back to our room every evening wasn’t the most convenient. We also enjoyed several thoughtful amenities. The complimentary donuts served from 2:00–5:00 p.m. were a fun treat, and the hotel provided clean robes, toothbrushes, razors, and umbrellas for guests to use. We especially loved the cozy library lounge, which had a great selection of books and plenty of comfortable seating to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location is another major highlight! The hotel is only about a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, making it easy to explore the area and find everything we needed. Overall, Comfort Era Hotel has a fantastic location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent amenities, and wonderful staff. If the carpet odors, bathroom smell, and housekeeping were improved, this hotel would easily be great place to stay.

Centrally located, easy access to public transport, welcome drinks, snack bar, able to store luggage after checkout. Highly recommended.

The room was pretty good, quite spacious for Japan. However, the service was really subpar, and the location wasn't as convenient as other hotels.

Standard business hotel. The lobby with a library and free coffee are valuable.

The room was quite spacious and had two chairs, and the bathroom had no steps, which was convenient for the elderly. There's a good rotating sushi restaurant right next to the hotel. The easiest way to get to the hotel from Kansai Airport is by express bus; it's a 70-minute ride, and you can buy tickets at self-service kiosks at gate 6.

Very spacious room, able to open multiple large suitcases. Close to train station and many restaurants and shops. Staff are helpful. Carpark was always full, so had to park at a further carpark although at the same fixed rate.

Basic hotel. Good location. 10 minutes walk to food street.

For a Japanese hotel, the room size was perfectly adequate. The surrounding area is also great for independent travelers. All in all, I was very satisfied.

Good location and walking distance from sannomiya station

Had a nice time staying for a week at this hotel. It is close to Sannomiya station with lots of restaurants nearby. It is also within walking distance to key areas such as Chinatown, Kitano etc. The room is cleaned with relatively good breakfast choices. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a hotel close to the station.
