Negiya Ryofukaku
"My husband and I came to the hotel for one night. The location is very scenic, close to the bus terminal where we arrived. We were greeted very warmly. There were no communication issues — the young women who helped us check in spoke English well and had a great sense of humor. They showed us everything and took us to our rooms. I especially want to mention that while we were waiting to check in, a wonderful woman in a kimono brought us hot towels, bowls of tea, and small sweets. After our journey, it was a very pleasant touch. Our room was fantastic. We chose it for the stunning view of the mountains. We slept soundly in the beds. The public baths were wonderfully relaxing — this was our first experience with onsens. I also booked a massage. A young woman came to my room, and the massage was done with clothes on — it was the best decision of that evening. I didn't want it to end. For dinner, there was a whole ceremony. There was an enormous amount of food. We couldn't finish it all. Some things were delicious, others were new to us and a bit unfamiliar. But it all added to our experience and enriched us. Thank you for the hospitality. A wonderful place!"
Arima Onsen Tocen Goshobo
"If you're looking to experience traditional Japanese culture, this is an excellent decision. Expect top-notch service and the most authentic hot spring experience."
Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe
"The hotel is right by Maiko Beach, and opening the curtains reveals a beautiful sea view! I'd visited Kobe before, so this time I planned to go to Kobe University and the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge walkway. We came directly from Fukuoka, but since we were only staying in Kobe for one night and had to leave for Shirahama in the afternoon (a three-hour journey), my friend and I decided to sleep in and just visit the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge across the road. If it's your first time in Kobe and you want to shop and see the sights, I recommend staying around Sannomiya. Four days and three nights would be more than enough for a really enjoyable trip."
Arima Onsen Takayamaso Hanano -Adult only-
"Comfortable and soothing ryokan in the heart of Arima Onsen town at the top of a steep hill! Kaiseki was awesome in quality and detailed in appearance! Soothing and relaxing onsen bath with Gold and Silver onsen. Service staff was attentive and helpful, especially the conceige! Free IPA and highball drinks after dinner, too! Nespresso coffee available in the morning. Try it to enjoy the relaxation in Kobe!"
Arima Onsen Motoyu Ryuusenkaku
"The transportation is relatively convenient, the hotel facilities are sufficient, the space is excellent, and the Japanese style."
The Gran Resort Princess Arima
"Wonderful hotel, service was excellent! Great stay!"
Guesthouse NALUNOMICHI
"It is a good place if you like meeting new people and saving money. The location on Google Maps isn't quite corrent though so be careful finding the place."
Grand Nikko Awaji
"The experience far exceeded my expectations! Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The views were great, and the soundproofing was excellent. The room was spacious, and it was super convenient to get here from Sannomiya. The only downside is probably the lack of a convenience store right downstairs from the hotel."
Kobe Port Tower Hotel
It offers simple, clean rooms with all the essentials, making it a practical choice for both tourists and business travelers.
Arima Onsen Gekkoen Yugetsusanso
"Staff was well train and very courteous, the buffet spread was ok."
Centurion Hotel&Spa Vintage Kobe
"A very cozy hotel with wonderful breakfasts overlooking the bay and friendly staff. The rooftop offers a magnificent view. The onsen was pleasant. I recommend it. It was a bit tricky finding the exit from the train station, but the hotel staff gave us directions and we managed to find our way. There are a lot of steps when crossing the road, making it impossible with luggage..."
