"We had a wonderful stay at Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel. The harbor view from our room was beautiful, especially in the morning, and the high-floor arrangement made it even better. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were professional and attentive, and they kindly prepared baby amenities such as a crib and bathtub, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety and a relaxed atmosphere. The location is excellent for walking around the harbor area and enjoying Kobe’s scenery. Overall, a very pleasant and reliable hotel experience that we would gladly recommend."

"A perfect site to eat, drink, play golf and shop in Kobe. It’s close to everything and the views of the Kobe Port are just magnificent. Most important, the hotel is well managed, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is so richly prepared that you wouldn’t be bored even staying there for one week! Will go back."

"This hotel is next to the ropeway to herb garden. There is a supermarket , train station and ¥100 shop within the same building. There is a 7-11 just outside (level 1). Parking is available at 8th floor for hotel guest chargeable at ¥1500 per night. Breakfast is fantastic - their curry , omelette and smoothie are their specialty. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel ."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located in Sannomiya, close to the main areas and subway lines. THe hotel looks wonderful with a more classical design than modern hotels, but was still clean and efficient. The room was spacious unlike many hotels in Japan and even had a small bathtub, which was great to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel also has an onsen, but we didn't check it out."

"The place was easy to find and is a corner building. When I entered the lobby, the person at the front desk greeted me and was helpful in getting us settled. We wanted to drop our luggage first while we waited for the check in time, so she served us on that and we went off. When we came back, our luggage was as it is and we were given our rooms. The rooms were clean, and sufficient enough for me and my partner to settle in. All the amenities needed was also sufficient. There's no food provided but there are enough food places around the hotel, including a convenience store."

"Excellent location, 3 minutes from the metro station. A landmark, a temple, is located 5 minutes away. The room was on the 11th floor with a stunning view! Spacious room, comfortable bathroom. The staff helped us solve our problem at the entrance in a short time, for which we are especially grateful. I recommend staying here."
