Nice hotel in great location overlooking the sea. Overall, would recommend staying if you have the chance. The good: - Friendly and helful staff - Good choice and tasty food - Good choice and tasty drinks - Free parking - Fast free internet - Cold aircon in the room Could be better: - Rooms are dated, could do with a refurb - When checking in no basic information provided about meal times, how to get around the hotel and other basic info. There are lots of QR codes around hotel which you can scan and self serve however basic info during the check in would be useful. - No "Do not disturb" sign which results in cleaning staff coming at random times and sometimes entering the room without knocking - It is a big hotel complex and some basic directions where is the beach, shops, etc would be handy. - Fridge was not working: although on but inside of it was the same temperature as in the room.

Carolina and Josh, a very good training fitness partner and very happy people😍, next year we are coming back of Corse bcs of those two! A lot of fun and good exercises with them both! I hope that next year they will make me the same exercise plan!

Disappointed. Stayed in a few mitsis across Greece. Some hotels in Turkey. One random 2 star in kremasti. They're our points of comparison. First, check in took a long time. No rush from the staff. My 4 year old and baby were tired from the journey. It was frustrating. Reception staff mixed. Some are lovely, some are rude/intrusive. It isn't that family friendly. Top of a hill and lots of steps, crap if you have a pram. Kids pool tiny. Nothing to do inside. Outdoor Pool only, no indoor pool available. Food is OK. Lacks choice. Nearly every baby seat / high chair is broken. I kept searching for them. Staff slow to offer you a drink. Plates at the buffet often wet or not clean. We have a swim up room (they upgraded us, as so slow to checkin). Balcony gate didn't lock so not kid friendly and it is dangerous. Pool deep and FREEZING. rusty nails left on pool side. Our balcony shutters didn't close properly. No curtains in our family room on the dividing wall, so if I took the baby home earlier, we were woken by the lights coming on in the main bedroom. Blood stains on the sofa in our room. See photos. No baby food on buffet. Perhaps my expectation too high there, but it's marketed as a family hotel. Good things include Alex and luca from kids club/disco , all creperie staff, the Albanian waiter in the restaurant, Pool waitresses and the water pressure in the bathroom. We love mitsis, but family Village needs maintenance and it isnt family friendly. Won't return.

Staff are fantastic at Mitsis family hotel, always there to help and with a smile, special mention to one of reception staff Chrissi (think got name right),what a funny lovely woman she is and so helpful. Views are wonderful from there. Our room was great so spacious, cleaner came every day, food there ok, you could always find something to eat,but it was sometimes cold. The only fault I could see at this hotel is how steep it is and the steps, so really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone with walking problems and parents with pushchairs, even getting to the swimming pools you have to go down steps, does need ramps. But overall we had lovely holiday there and yes would recommend.

We visited Mitsis Family Village for my partners birthday , staying from the 13th May, leaving tomorrow (17th May). From arrival the staff were very welcoming. Reception were efficient, even with a new member of staff training behind the counter! The restaurant was fantastic, a great selection of food for everyone’s taste, I note from previous reviews that people have complained about the fact that not all the food is labelled. If you are not sure, just ask the staff! If the waiting staff don’t know, they’ll get the chef, I watched it happen. The room was quite dated and could do with a little refresh, however, who goes abroad to a hotel resort to stay in the room?! It was kept immaculately clean by the housekeeping staff and there was even a little surprise for my partners birthday. The stand out has to be Marios at the main bar. He was one of the first staff members we met and immediately made a connection with us remembering our drinks order and introducing us to new cocktails! He works tirelessly and clearly cares about getting his job done right! All of the staff do, that’s what makes this hotel one of the best I have stayed at!

Love this hotel, staff are amazing, gorgeous location , beach is fantastic, bar and food available on the beach, hotel food was fantastic, great variety to suit everyone , good quality drinks at the bar, couldn’t fault this hotel or anything of the facilities

Enjoyed a 10 day stay at the beginning of May with my wife. All of the staff are simply superb especially the restaurant manager Angelo & Chef Georgios. My wife is gluten free & was catered for perfectly. Thoroughly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Fully enjoyed a week here, all the staff are super friendly and helpful. It is going to be very rememberable thank you for our stay we all loved every moment of it. Highly recommended great for families and the entertainment covers all ages. Nothing to much if you need anything the staff are always at hand to help.

Great place for a family holiday. Staff were exceptional, food and drink all outstanding. Rooms were spotless but the beds could be a little more comfortable. Loads to do in the complex and a short taxi ride down to the town. Beach was well equipped and spotless
