1. Check-in process was slow and took 40 mins (average 10 mins to check in for one guest) 2. No enough seats for breakfast. Guests need to line up to get a seat. 3. The room is old, especially bathroom with mold. 4. Everywhere is noisy and crowded. 5. Cannot choose between Kind bed and twin room and the kind bed rooms were all full at 4pm. 6. Booked a sea view room but was assigned 3rd floor with zero sea view (not all rooms facing the sea side can be called as seaview room and charged with premium price). 7. WiFi is slow and not stable. 8. Hotel staff are not helpful. Not recommended for vacation 1. 入住过程花费40分钟，大排长队。前台效率很低，大约需要10分钟才能帮一位客人完成入住。 2. 早餐需要排队，座位不够，人很多，非常噪杂。 3. 房间和酒店设施老旧，浴室的瓷砖都是霉。 4. 酒店住客很多拥挤。 5. 预定时无法选择双床和大床，选了偏好大床但是大床房在下午4点check in时就已经全满了。 6. 预定的是海景房，但房间在3楼，根本看不到一点海景，时候楼下的泳池（不是靠海那边的房都叫海景房好吗）。 7. wifi很慢且不稳定。 8. 酒店员工态度不友好，秩序很乱。 总体来说，对于度假而言不推荐。

Great place to stay,relax and enjoy the sea view..definitely will come again.. My 2nd time stay here.

This is a relaxing hotel for family vacation. There is a small beach near the swimming pool and it is a good place to see sunset. They also have snorkelling activity for hotel guests every morning. The staff are very friendly and it is one of the best hotels in Kota Kinabalu. ❤️

The room I will give 8/10 too old. The view from my room can't focus to sunset because too many trees, I think they forgot to trimmed but, it's okey. A bit disappointed about the food. the dinner in cafe bole. I ordered for lamb steak 80myr but very hard to chew 5/10 and the blackpepper sauce tasteless 5/10. The nasi goreng kampung too many sugar added haven't finished my dinner. The breakfast time, i cannot finished my dessert, my nasi goreng and the fried noodles. Overall for breakfast I give 7/10. Otherwise the staff very helpful and respectful.

The hotel's attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the cleanliness of the facilities to the overall ambiance, which contributed to a memorable and enjoyable experience. However, what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. I must make a special mention of one staff member whose name unfortunately escapes me. She mentioned that she has been a part of the hotel's team for the past 20 years, and her dedication to her work was palpable in every interaction we had with her. Her genuine friendliness, warmth, and professionalism enhanced our stay and left a lasting impression. I believe it would be wonderful if the hotel could consider acknowledging her dedication and exceptional service with a bonus or some form of recognition. Her commitment to ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of guests like myself deserves commendation, and such gestures would not only serve as a token of appreciation but also motivate her and other staff members to continue delivering outstanding service. Overall, my experience at The Pacific Sutera Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the hotel's hospitality once again. Such an amazing place and the sunset is unforgettable. A great place for holiday. Hotel location is very nearby to airport and the city. Will definitely come back.

One of my favourite hotel if I catch a flight the next day. Strategically located 5-10min from KKIA.

The service and food was good

A very nice hotel. 1st - I'm so lucky because my room upgraded to the Luxury Room. 2nd. The view is so nice. A lot of fun activities I can do such as bowling, snorkelling, swimming (No need to pay extra money) 3rd. The food is very good.

Room Balcony not clean

Room was perfect. Location ideal. Enjoyed the sunset and walk by the marina.

Bfast just nice, kids enjoy the poolside. Overall I like the view of the boats😇
