Overall all ok. Car park is small and can get full at times. Also hotels charges guest RM 10 for parking if hotel is booked other than Hyatt directly

Good location n big room

Good room , smiling staff and ready to assist for any help. Housekeeping staff is fast responding for request too .. breakfast has different types of food too .. I recommend this hotel , but make a special request if you need sea face rooms

All good. Good room, good food and good facilities. Bonus easy to parking

This hotel is really good, highly recommended! The service is excellent. My friend was injured and needed disinfection. The hotel immediately sent someone to help. It was very fast and they comforted us halfway. I give a thumbs up to all the staff in the lobby. The environment is also very good, and the location is also very good. It is very convenient to go anywhere! The scenery outside the window is also good, very beautiful, and you can see the sunset in the hotel. The only flaw is that there is a door in our room. One night, someone actually tried to open this door. It was the resident next door. Dany is still a bit scary. I hope the hotel can inform the residents in advance next time.

건물은 노후 된듯히나. 실내 룸은 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았음 시내라서 좋았고.일요시장 열리는곳도 바로 300m쯤 있어서 좋고 쇼핑몰은 옆건물 먹거리 해결이 쉽고 특히 해산물 시장이 바로 앞에 있어좋았음 하얏트 커피숖 가면 커피값10%할인 ㅎㅎ

陰差陽錯才住了凱悦，但是酒店總體不錯，房間很大，服務也很好，酒店後面面海，視野不錯，可惜沒體驗到早餐，地理位置不錯

Very convenient, excellent price, rooms are big and tidy, although old but maintain quite well and location is unbeatable, since it is an old hotel the partition is not as thin as the new hotels and then sound proof is better
