Our stay was really very pleasant. The location in the Old Town was perfect and the staff was always so friendly and helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay with you. Brealfast was excellent and in a very agreable environment. When my family will come to Krakau next year, I will advise them to book at the Best Western.

It's very good. The room is big and there are scenic spots around. You can get there on foot. The wifi is just not stable. It's good when it's good, but there are times when the signal is bad. The hotel's burgers are delicious and the ordering service is very good. overall satisfaction

Room was clean, spacious and modern but decor could be considered to be an acquired taste. The booking was for a double room but bed was 2 singles pushed together with separate single duvets.
We arrived early evening so decided to use hotel restaurant for dinner and the receptionist advised we didnt need to reserve a table. However after going to our room to unpack, we arrived to find the restaurant full so went back and ordered room service. The chef said it would be an hour as there was a party of 60 in, which the receptionist failed to tell us. Fortunately we only wanted a burger and a drink and the chef very kindly brought it to our room within 20 minutes so can't fault the chef. The burger was delicious!
Good variety of food for breakfast to suit all tastes.
Great location opposite park and within 10 minutes walk to main square.

The hotel was in a good location for us, Very close to the town square, castle and the pick-up for our Auschwitz tour.
It was quiet throughout the night, and served a very good breakfast. Friendly staff.
