Всё замечательно! Одноместный уютный номер, чисто, аккуратно, уборка каждый день. Служба приёма и размещения работает идеально. Администраторы приветливы, внимательны, профиссиональны. Очень довольна!

Перед бронированием данной гостиницы прочитали описание на «Островок», где указано , что в данной гостинице есть интернет . Что бы убедиться в этом , мы с молодым человеком позвонили туда и нам подтвердили, что интернет хорошо ловит и есть в каждом номере . В итоге мы забронировали гостиницу на 6 дней , оплатили на сайте , а по приезду оказалось , что интернета нет . Утром , спустившись на ресепшн мы спросили , почему мы не можем подключиться к интернету . Но нам сказали , что его тут нет ! Заявку создадут ( я думаю на словах) , но ждать интернета не стоит . Пришлось отдавать 1500 за оплату модема . Я считаю , что отель обязан это вычесть из премии человека , который дал не верную информацию по телефону ! Звонили на прямую в отель !
