Special thanks for the gorgeous breakfast, sooo delicious, for the champagne a separate + to karma! :) I would also like to note the spa - all the baths worked perfectly, there were few people, sometimes we were alone, the pool was clean"

"This is an excellent hotel, we have stayed here several times already, always at the highest level. Check-in, cleanliness in the room, availability of toiletries, snow-white bed linen, towels, a wonderful spa included in the room price, a hammam, a sauna, a swimming pool, a comfortable temperature of 24°. I also definitely recommend taking a room with breakfast. Breakfast is buffet-style, European standard, everything is very tasty, very neatly laid out, all the hotel staff are very polite. The only downside is that if you don't book parking in advance, you will simply have nowhere to park your car, and the parking reservation system is very poorly organized."

"Everything went perfectly! Thank you ! Very polite staff, the girl on the respiratory of Milan- greatly handled the room change and showed care throughout the stay. Thank you very much!  The only nuance that would like to be corrected is a little outdated head at the bed (both rooms were with damages and overlap of the lawsuit. Skin on the head), it slightly spoiled the overall view of the 🙏 room also a mirror in the bathroom (lighting) it worked only on 1 side .  In the rest - everything was great! Thank you again for the warm reception!"

"Rest in this hotel with 24.10-30.10 Renovation is good, stylish design. Since the first day of check-in, on the floor there was a trash, after 4 days of floors no one ever washed, and the trash became more and it was very visible. On request to clean the room as it was set, 4 days later, I was told to decide now. The result, no one came. On the 5th day by evening again no one cleaned up and I asked the same request again. The girl came, the drain, asked to bring her water to the room and the shell-soap, what was told to me, sorry, we had no water, shampoo and bulb 😂 Seriously? Finished? I heard this for the first time in the hotel Overall ,very temple service"
