Axon Residence 3 Mins Walk to Bukit Bintang and Pavilion KL

The room is so clean, staff and guard they are very helpful and approachable.. Only the problem is the lift is so hot like no air inside.. Hopefully they will put aircon inside and the lobby..

Check in and check out process are very easy, just need to contact the owner and he will give you full instructions. Very flexible timing to check in and check out but you need to arrange a day earlier with him. You can request for housekeeping too, and again need to arrange a day earlier. Rooms and bathroom photos are taken before I leave the premises, so it wasnt so tidy. Very spacious, very good location to stay for the holiday and can accommodate up to 8 people which is awesome for family. Decent size of refrigerator, equipped with plates, mugs, water boiler, pans, all you need just to do a light cooking. And there is washing machine that you can use 👍 Deff will recommend to friends and family, and will come back again for sure. Thank you Mr. Lim for a great staying experience.

Good location, 7 mins to Bukit Bintang MRT/Mono rail, and Pavilion. If like doing exercise, you can also walk To the KLCC Park to enjoy the view of Petronas Twin Towers. Also, Axon shares the facilities with Sleeping Lions so can use their Infinity pool. If you enjoy good food, Michelin star restaurants such as Ah Hei Bak Kut Teh and Hai Kah Lang are nearby

We had a very pleasant stay here... - Great hospitality - Good location - Clean unit - Staff is helpful - Check in and check out is easy with clear direction Make sure you contact the staff a day or two earlier if you are driving here and needed a parking lot...

It's services apartment, very clean, spacious and very good for family trip. Excellent location, only take 3 minutes to bukit bintang monoreil, Pavilion and bintang walk. There is convinience store attach with the hotel. Excellent services from the owner. Tq...will come again next time.

The location is central and a short walking distance from many eateries. The view from the pool is amazing! The room was great besides the door not being able to lock. There was also no bar fridge in the room even though there was ample space for one (I thought this is a standard).

Overall experience was nice, but for the pool people were allowed use their normal shoes to go to poolside. Infinity pool was clean and beautiful but sometimes it gets really crowded. Room was clean, but not perfectly when you see some details. It’s hard to find someone to talk about overall service you are having there.
