Alila Bangsar Kuala Lumpur

I had a fantastic stay at Alila Bangsar KL. The hotel is visually stunning and extremely Instagrammable. As expected from a Hyatt property, the cleanliness and service standards were excellent—in fact, the experience exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, and I have zero complaints. Pleasant stay, comfortable and convenient. Though the hotel is abit of age, it is well maintained. Abit of wear and tear of the furnitures and cabinetary, but not significant. Love the high floor, and it is quiet. Awesome view. Merdeka tower lights up at night magnificently. Shower is a bliss! Good pressure and temperature. The shower gel smells authentic. Staffs are helpful and pleasant. I believed the botanico+co is managed by alila. The ala carte menu selection is limited, unlike the previous years ago, which is a shame. Food still acceptable although i wouldnt say it is great. Surprisingly the guest toilet has unwanted graffiti. The staff should take notice this and ammend it. Overall is a good luxury stay and super convenient location as it is linked to lrt.

The interior is amazing, and I loved every detail of this hotel. The breakfast was the best I’ve had — both the setting and the food were excellent. I enjoyed the morning latte ♥️

It is quiet and clean. I like the overall feel and also design is go for simple but elegant. I sleep and rest well 🤍

I really enjoyed my trip, pastries and breakfast also good tbh. Even though I had some difficulties with the parking fee. Shafie was there to assist me and helped me get complimentary parking. He mentioned the balance will be reimbursed back to my Touch 'n Go eWallet within a week. Thank you so much, Alila Bangsar for the excellent assistance!

This absolutely a luxurious hotel, very modern and completely comfortable, I stay until not willing to leave. I had stayed here for more than 5 times… perfecto..!

Love the overall design and cleanliness in the hotel. Hotel lobby in 41st floor but their lift is pretty smooth and fast. Room is spacious and clean. Love the layout and their coffee machine in the lift lobby . Very convenient if you have staycation, you can grab your coffee or snacks anytime. Location is very central in KL, but grab must turn a big round to come in this building. But I’m travelling as business, so is fine for me to taking grab to go anywhere.

The hotel design and services are amazing, but the location is far away from the restaurants, subway and stores. Overall, the bed is quite comfy and the room is quite spacious, will definitely recommend to my friends.

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Alila Bangsar for a family trip, and overall it was a great experience. We booked two rooms, and both were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spacious and had a modern, stylish design.
