Hotel Review Location: Excellent—just across the road from Kampung Baru food area, very convenient for foodies. Check-in: Allowed early check-in at 1:30 PM despite 3 PM standard time due to room availability. Much appreciated. Staff: Special mention to the staff member resembling celebrity singer Hafiz—excellent service, kept everything smooth and entertaining. Kudos. Room (1619): Connecting room arrangement was inconvenient; needed to prop the door open (1619,1620) TV in father's room not functioning (1618) Major issue: Strong sewage smell in bathroom—disturbing and needs immediate attention Toiletries: Initially not refilled—no lotion, body wash in my room; no shower gel or conditioner in dad's room. Staff replaced with hand-packed amenities. Appreciated the gesture. Food & Dining: Breakfast buffet: RM37.10—excellent value; surprisingly good nasi goreng (first time I enjoyed it) In-room dining: Nasi Goreng Tamu was good, but sambal prawn was too sweet Hotel breakfast preferred over outside options—area dominated by nasi padang, which isn't to our taste Overall: Okay stay. Responsive service on toiletries and excellent staff, but bathroom odor and room setup issues need fixing.

We came here for university enrollment interview. The location was perfect for the interview but the room cleanliness was poor, bad smell coming out from the toilet. Wouldn't recommend it if expecting good hygiene and amenities.

The room we get looks untouchable for weeks. The towels smell & the cup is dirty. The main wooden entrance door is faulty. When it is locked we can still see outside from a small gap. The reception lady is horrible. When I asked is there a service to check out late. She said not available as there are many bookings needed to check in. I only ask for AN HOUR late check out that is 1pm instead of 12pm. We are willing to pay extra for that. When I hung up the call, immediately she called back and REMIND us to leave by 12pm in English language and she called again to remind us in the Malay Language. We felt disappointed. Only compliment is breakfast is very nice.

Nice hotel

Though the location and services were great, I’m quite disappointed when I had to pay of parking fee despite being a guest. The parking should be made a complementary for all hotel guests.

Please reconsider before you booked this hotel. I stayed for 2 night at junior suite room. I need to wait for 3 hours waiting them to change new tv (got vertical line), fridge (not function), no towel provided (as they said housekeeping forgot to put into the room). Room also not clean - have many dust and hair on the carpet. Request to change new room on the second night because i want the same view as advertised picture. Same issue, tv was broken, fridge also not function and toilet cover got unremovable stain. but this time they manage to settle it within 1 hour. Overall, it is not worth to spend almost 1k to get this kind of service.

Highly recommended for travelers because we had a wonderful stay at this hotel as the rooms were exceptional clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome

parking is difficult if you travel in a long sedan as the narrow multi-storey carpark apace is limited
