Service sucks. Booked a few rooms and turned out to see the room we got was a lower range compared to
The other room eventho we booked the same room. Texted them and they admit their fault but basically reacted onky after we reached out

Good location if you have car to travel around. Driving distance to famous KLCC and Pavillion. Suggest for family travel because of the in hotel playground for the kids. Smooth check in and check out. Will come again next time!

It’s very hard to call to reception to request for change towels , only provide two bottles of water . Can’t refill . Breakfast is not good

The overall stay experience was good but special mention to Mr Sam at the front desk who was very attentive and assisted with both check in and check out seamlessly.
