The hotel is convenient, located near to Karashimacho tram station and Sukura Machi Kumamoto. It takes about 20-25min walk to Kumamoto Castle. The room is nice, clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay in Th is hotel.

Room is good and considered spacious
The bed design to store luggage underneath which makes the room with more space, really good suggestion
Nice having free welcome drink, but just too full to enjoy late evening
Overall good and definitely can stay again next time

Great location, walking distance to the tram and lots of restaurants and izakayas. Very clean and comfortable. Small room but very thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed. Didn't try the public bath, but my friends loved it.

Clean, efficient rooms and a relaxing bath made for a comfortable stay. I especially liked the direct, rain-free entrance. It's a practical, well-located choice, offering good value and friendly service. Ideal for a short trip.

The Triple Room was too small to accommodate 3 adults. Insufficient space to place 2 big luggages in the room and even harder to open the luggage.
The receptionists were not so friendly however the amenities are more than enough with self-service at the Lobby. All kind of FOC hot and cold drinks are available at the common space canteen too. Location-wise is good as all the restaurants and Pharmacies are just walking distance away.
