The room was comfortable and spacious and loved the automatic house butler. The laundry room is very convenient, which is great for our long-term guests. And the sanitation was very clean. The front desk also helped with express delivery. Although it is not in the city center, it is very close to the subway station. You can also see Dianchi Lake. Highly recommended.

The hotel front desk and service desk are very professional and courteous. For me, a Singaporean traveler, they are comparable to international first-class standards. The breakfast buffet has rich choices and is delicious. The hotel opened last year, so it's very new. Good location, just ten minutes away from the subway station

I ate a rubber band for breakfast. The plates and bowls I ordered for the room in the afternoon were not collected when I came back at night. I called several times but no one came to collect them. I had to carry them outside the door. The service was so awkward.

The parent-child room is very large, with a pink tent, which is a favorite of girls, and a large hamster and lion doll. Originally it only included two breakfasts, but when I brought my children, they gave me another one. The service was pretty good.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The service is very good. Parking is convenient. There is a laundry room. It is very convenient for long-distance travel. The price is not expensive. It should be a newly developed new area. There is a shopping plaza nearby and a snack street in the evening.

The sanitary environment is good But why I couldn't find the things I left at the hotel, and there was no reply. I made several calls in a row, but there was no explanation. On the night of June 8th, I left my change of clothes (Dior white T-shirt) in the room without collecting them. I flew directly back to Hangzhou from the hotel. When I got home, I unpacked my suitcase to wash clothes and found that one piece was missing. The hotel said it couldn't be found? No reply?

Worst hotel ever! Let me describe my experience to you. When I arrived on the first day, I found that the whole room was completely different from the picture. It was small and dark, without a makeup mirror, and the light in the room was scary. There were almost no people on the whole floor, but the room next door was there in the middle of the night. Someone came and knocked on my door at about two o'clock, which woke me up. Then there was a lot of noise all night long. The sound insulation was extremely poor. I had to call customer service. I was already sick and I didn't sleep all night. It got even worse the next day. I was really convinced. Don’t be deceived by the pictures. I will still look for a more famous hotel in the future. I was really surprised.
