Room is modern, comfortable with good view. Hotel is about only 300m from Ethnic Village. However, service is far from good - no smile, no thank you from frontdesk all the way to restaurant staff. Ordered a cake and a drink; the cake came but still no drink after 30mins even though it was not crowded, the restaurant also didnt serve tea/water automatically - not service oriented & meticulous. Hotel is called "国际”，but the service standard is definitely not "国际‘.’

1、房間顯示34平方，實際不到28平方，屬嚴重欺騙。2、早餐品種少，鹹鴨蛋上還要蚊子，餐廳蚊子也很多，水果不新鮮。3、洗手間玻璃門非常重，大人都沒辦法拉動。綜上該酒店五星平級過高。4、停車困難，太小，手藝不行進不去也出不來，更沒泊車服務。

服務：27號晚上的小哥哥服務態度超級棒，但是第二天服務態度就超級差！五星酒店那樣的服務簡直不配，買了兩碗麪，有一碗還是混着的，把別人當**還説沒撈乾凈！搞笑……
歡迎水果:歡迎水果兩個破香蕉，一個破蘋果，搞笑的要死，我是吃不起你這兩個破香蕉和破蘋果的人嗎，住了這麼多五星酒店，這家真的差到要死，不建議去

雲南之行，最差勁的就是這個酒店！！沒有之一！！一開始覺得新酒店應該會很好，裝修看起來也不錯，因為想選擇在滇池公園附近玩，就選這家酒店，結果旅行的好心情真的全被搞砸！！
大堂在二樓，然後客房又還要轉一個電梯，拖行李真的不方便，整個酒店像迷宮一樣。前台也是才上班不久，有個同伴沒帶身份證，掃碼住宿登記用電子身份證怎麼也用不起來，然後一直在等前台操作也不知道在操作什麼，十幾分鍾還是沒解決。第二天去泳池，問前台告知早上九點開門，泳池門口不張貼開門時間，結果到了之後硬是等了快一個小時，問一樓健身房打掃阿姨説都是十一點開門，有個穿工作服的説接的通知都是11點，説幫我們落實一下，結果一去不復返。遂又問前台，前台堅定的説是9點，打掃衞生的阿姨堅定的説11點，前台説會落實，結果一去不復返，後來還是打電話過去，對方在聽到我生氣了，才説叫經理來開一下門，我真的呵呵了，所以到底是幾點泳池開門就不得而知了。結果更噁心的還有，退房之後發現一塊女士手錶忘記在房間，於是晚上10點打電話問前台今天有沒有在房間裏找到手錶（明確的記得在洗手枱），前台説聯繫客房部，結果從晚上十點到十一點半也沒回復我，你們酒店真的從來不處理客人的問題吧！！！打電話過去問打掃客房的阿姨現在正在往酒店趕回來幫我找！？據我得知，今天酒店全部滿房，因為入住當晚我想續房前台説沒房了，那麼請問阿姨去人家客人已經入住的房間裏幫我找？？難道你打掃的時候撿到遺失物不應該馬上上報交給酒店嗎？不應該馬上打電話聯繫我嗎？？我真的無語了，這塊手錶價值已經達到報案標準，如貴酒店實在無法處理，那我衹有法律維護我的權益。

這個酒店是黑店，請大家小心，按照其他地方的習慣都是給了房卡就可以走，這個酒店也是給卡以後就説好了！過了十幾分鍾打電話來説床單上有顏料，洗不掉！要扣五十塊按金！我怎麼知道顏料那裡來的，是他們自己加上去的？沒有當麪説清楚不符合邏輯！
十幾分鍾就説洗不掉，也太開玩笑了吧！所以請大家留意，這是家黑店！！！

這是一次非常糟糕的入住，我是第二次來雲南過新年了。按導航來到酒店，酒店的招牌小到幾乎找不着，搞不清門口在哪裡，好不容易找到一堵牆的後面，發現酒店前台也不在一樓，跟着指示牌上到二樓辦理住宿，春節入住3晚3間房，還要交住店按金，完了第二天的早餐費用毫不通融，家庭高點的小孩要交半價早餐費44塊全價88塊，入住後發現酒店的房間設計毫無私隱，特別是洗澡的時候要另一個家長帶小孩外出散步。房間的燈光昏暗，家有長者入住家庭套房，客廳裏的燈暗到連葯品的名稱都看不清。家有小孩咳嗽吃糖漿，粘到床單上，説是床單+床墊都弄臟了，酒店要扣150+170共320的清洗費（最後扣230），酒店連清理一般污漬的能力都沒有，還要以此為由加收我們住客的鉅額清理費！！！這時我才明白了為什麼還要收住店按金。
