酒店步行至滇池也是十來分钟，附近环境优美，沿路也有不少食肆。
只是酒店有点舊，因此卩生环境一般。幸好房間价钱較平宜。对早出晚返短暫住宿旅客問題应该不大。

房間不小。因為訂的房間在三樓。膝蓋痛了不方便上樓店家免費給升級樓下房間。該有的都有。乾淨。敞亮。走百來米就到地鐵站。公交站也在附近。周邊吃飯也方便。到觀鷗台走十幾二十分鐘。也有公交直達。整體滿意的入住。

房間光線比較暗，採光不太好，因為窗户外面是牆，地磚顏色較暗。隔音效果不好，毛巾比較舊，毛邊了。衞生還有待提高。
