We chose the Novotel Kunming Dianchi, which opened in February. The hotel is located in the core area of ​​the city center, with convenient transportation. It only costs 11 yuan to take a taxi to Kunming Station. There is a subway station right outside the door, and the Nanya business district is nearby. There is a super large special-shaped LED screen in the hotel lobby, which plays various scenery of Yunnan. Amber at the front desk was considerate and enthusiastic. When we checked out, she assisted us in calling a taxi to Kunming Station and thoughtfully prepared a U-shaped pillow and a mini charging cable. The bedding in the room is comfortable, and there is a hanging iron in the corner of the laundry room on the 20th floor. It is really fully equipped. This Novotel brand under Accor is highly recommended.

Her attitude was positive and sincere. In general, I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and tidy, the location was convenient, there was a swimming pool and a laundry room, and the staff were polite and enthusiastic. I will come again next time!
