JEN Kunming by Shangri-La

This hotel shares a swimming pool and gym with Shangri-La, making it excellent value for money. The breakfast is also quite substantial. With a subway station right outside, it's very convenient for getting around.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. I'd give their amenities an 'A+' – the gym is fully equipped, the pool is fantastic, and the breakfast tastes great. The location is also excellent, making it super convenient to get anywhere! I've already recommended it to friends for their next visit!

Aside from the room being a bit small, the location, environment, and service were all excellent.

The location is excellent, very close to Kunming Old Street. The swimming and fitness facilities are great. It would be perfect if they had self-service laundry facilities, hope that can be improved. The hotel staff are very enthusiastic and helpful!

The front desk service is professional and polite, and check-in was efficient. For anyone visiting Kunming, staying here makes getting around hassle-free, with guaranteed quality. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, except the room was too small. We originally planned to stay two nights, but my parents weren't comfortable so we only stayed one. The pool was beautiful and the water was clean; the kids loved it and went twice. The restaurant food was also plentiful and met my personal needs. Free parking is a bonus for those driving.
