This hotel has several branches around Kunming city, so it’s easy to get confused. We ended up going around the same area multiple times but couldn’t find the right one at first. If you’re planning to stay here, just be patient when looking for it. There’s no clear signboard, so make sure to look out for the signage shown in the trip details or booking info.
That said, overall the stay was good. The location is great it’s close to the pedestrian street, which makes it convenient for walking around and exploring.

The hotel was nice and spacious. The only minus point was they only have one elevator i think or it might be the other elevator was in maintenance. It was located next to four seasons hotel and near to suncheng street and the’re plenty of halal food nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience.
Pros:
Clean Room & Smooth Check-in: The room was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free.
Excellent Location: The hotel is located right on Nanping Pedestrian Street, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and plenty of local activity. It's super convenient for both exploring and grabbing a bite to eat.
Breakfast Coupons: Instead of a traditional hotel breakfast, they provide breakfast coupons that can be used at partnered restaurants nearby – including KFC and a few local spots. It's a unique and flexible option.
Cons:
No Air Conditioning: The room does not have air conditioning. However, if the weather isn’t too hot or cold, this might not be a major issue. Still, something to be aware of depending on the season.

thanks to previous comment, i'm able to find hotel easily. choose four season hotel for drop off/pickup location. the hotel is nearby to everything. all is walking distance. mall, halal food, nanping pedestrian street, shuncheng street, jinbi park, all around the hotel about 500m radius. no bidet in the toilet. no aircond too but they have portable fan, but still i feel not so confortable to sleep. luckily we stay 1 night only. they have luggage storage. one bad thing is the corridor have strong smoke smell until the room also smell like someone is smoking in the room. the window is opened when we check in, not sure why.

The room is in a perfect location clean, with a cozy interior. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help us. However, a major disappointment was the lack of air conditioning. They explained it was due to the glass exterior, though we didn’t quite understand the reason. It felt very hot and suffocating, especially during this warm season. They did provide us with two fans, so we tried to compromise, appreciating their effort to accommodate us

It was quite confusing because there’s no name in front of the hotel. The only place with “Fairyland” word is at the hairdryer bag.
Nevertheless, we are happy that the room is big, with lots of spaces to to put our things.
Very near halal food, literally right in front of the hotel. Near shopping area.

There’s no smell of smoke inside the room. There’s no AC in the room, but the weather’s nice outside, so it’s fine—they just open the window instead. I like the washing machine because it's free, and there are many shops around the hotel. Easily walkable to the station.

A muslim family of 5: 2 adults + 3 kids. We stayed in two double bedrooms. Arrived at 4am. Check in was smooth. Room is clean. The best part is the location: halal foods nearby which makes the journey with kids easy. Close to Nanping Street and Shucheng Street. Very good foods! It is also next to malls. To improve: the hotel did not provide cutlery. We had to innovate when we made hot drinks in the room. Not a big issue as other amnesties were fine.
