服務：我攜程上訂的房，2點退房，1:00打電話。問我要續住還是要退房，我説我有延遲到2:00退房的，他説他們這裡是一點退的，就這樣被攆出來了，那尷尬呀。什麼心情都沒了，晚上發現房間準備的紙衹有三張了，打電話給前台叫送點上來，告訴我酒店就他一個人，忙不過來走不開，9點多叫的，但是他還是不錯，12:30不忙了給我送了，但是這麼大的酒店就你一個前台有點別的事情誰去處理？

房間整體環境還行吧，單獨的一棟高高的樓服務也不錯，尤其是在打電話的時候回覆也非常到位，及時放出了房間給我們。尤其是在這個過年期間能夠服務這麼好，我覺得也是特別不容易。贊一個，贊一個!
再一個就是房間的設施有一點問題，我的房間裏衹有洗髮液，沒有沐浴露，就是有一點點缺。而且洗髮液的質量不太好，摸起來很粘稠，不太舒適，但是呢熱水很好，熱水用起來非常的合適，水温調節也很不錯，早上早餐很好吃，很好吃，很好吃的。
整體來説還是能夠在出行的時候湊合住，都還不錯。

這家酒店是我住過最差的酒店，衞生間馬桶是壞的，牆面也脱層，電視不能看，衞生間洗澡噴頭也是壞的，早餐特別難吃，這家酒店衞生也特別差，被子和床單上到處都是灰塵，晚上蚊子也特別多

衞生：如圖吧，地板被燒出的痕跡都在，看起來很臟。衞生間地漏返味，整個房間都有股説不出來的味道！
服務：是有送早餐的，8:30去吃早餐，衹有一個阿姨在，衹剩了一點稀飯和冷饅頭，而且後面又來了幾個大哥，完全不夠吃。阿姨説，要投訴就投訴，隨便你怎麼投訴。
環境：離官渡古鎮近，附近是洗腳房洗車場二手車行…亂糟糟的

酒店裡的衞生太臭了，一股好大的發黴味，牀頭櫃一碰就倒，房間的牆紙發黴脱掉了。打開窗户通風都沒有用，一晚上都是臭氣熏熏的難以入睡。第二天起來整個人都不好。要入住的且行且珍惜
