Excellent! We came as a small family and are very happy with the hotel and it's location, the staff are very professional, friendly and extremely helpful! I would stay here every time I visit kunming!

Close to downtown and good services , staff is helpful

The service is good and clean. The buffet breakfast is so delicious. I also occasionally offer milk delivery in the evening. Like it.

The room is very good. It is very complete. The service staff are very considerate and the service is thoughtful and meticulous.

I thought I would only stay for one day, but I stayed for three days. The room was clean and tidy. The area was not very large, but the facilities were quite complete, including a laundry basket, a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a shoe bench, and free tea, coffee, milk, etc. The location is good, but you have to get used to driving an electric car. There is a coffee street downstairs. You can go up the mountain to drink tea, and there is a small piece of jacaranda. It is very convenient to take the subway to Huancheng South Road or drive an electric car directly to Nanqiang Street. It is a little distance to walk. There are not many people in this area during the May Day holiday. I am quite satisfied with it.

The room is clean and the front desk service is very good. They greet us every time we pass by. They are very enthusiastic. There are also some flowers at the front desk. The hotel is very upscale and has a great location. However, due to the recent road construction at the entrance, the navigation route recognition is not very good, so we had to walk a long way from the hotel entrance to the Nanqiang Night Market. In fact, it is about one kilometer away from the right side of the hotel. Other facilities are very good, but it seems that some people downstairs have dinner at night and stay until the early morning, which is a bit noisy. But overall it is still recommended.

Check-in experience: 1. It is not far from the Golden Horse and Jade Rooster. It can be reached on foot in more than ten minutes. It is not on the main road, but it is easy to get in and out; 2. I stayed in a superior twin room on the 8th floor. The room was slightly larger, with a balcony and a reasonable layout; 3. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas. The hot water temperature is high but the water pressure is unstable. The main reason is that the bathroom towels are old and slightly yellow; 4. The room exhaust uses the central temperature control of the hotel. The room air conditioner is only decorated and cannot adjust the heating and cooling functions independently. The hotel heated room temperature is as high as 27 or 28 degrees; 5. There is a bar downstairs, and there is noise at night, and there is currently road construction downstairs, which is still under construction at 11:30 in the evening, which has a great impact on rest; 6. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. Parking in the parking lot downstairs belongs to the property and you have to pay for it at your own expense. As shown in Figure 5, I checked in at around 9:30 in the evening and left at 9 in the morning. The parking fee is 17 yuan, for reference only.

The front desk service is very good. The lady at the front desk is gentle and considerate. The room is clean. The environment is also very comfortable. I highly recommend it. I will come again next time!

The transportation is also very convenient. It is right to choose to stay there when you go out to play.

It's my first time to this hotel. The front desk service is good. The hotel breakfast has many varieties. The road at the entrance has been under construction for the past two days, but the front desk told us that it will be repaired soon. They also kindly gave us reminders and prepared earplugs, but I didn't use them because I couldn't hear the noise in the room I was given.

After traveling all the way, I finally arrived in Kunming. The front desk service at the hotel was very good. I was very tired. The front desk escorted me to the room and gave me two more bottles of water. The bed was very comfortable and the pillow was just what I wanted. I had a very comfortable sleep. I didn't want to move and stayed in the room, looking at the sky outside the window, which looked like it had been filtered. I felt very happy and will come again next time!

The service is very good, but the surrounding construction is a bit noisy. If you leave something behind, the hotel will contact you promptly and they will be very responsible.
