我下午訂的房間，要去住了快8點了，打電話給我説沒房了，讓我退了，説是平台亂接的單，具體是什麼原因，五一期間，房間緊張，大家想想是什麼原因呢？做生意沒成信，早點不説，大晚上去那找？

前台老闆態度一點不好，訂的豪華房間，有空調，採光不好，後換了間，然後就沒有空調了，下去問就説空調房和豪華房不一樣，我就呵呵了，説話都前後不易，態度也不好，網上看評論挺好的，結果體驗感極差。
