在大廳前台告訴我大床房要麼漏水要麼沒退房，給我“補償”了標間，講如果第二天有大床房可以給我開，進去了標間還是個漏水房，水能從洗手枱漏到兩張床之間，一整晚睡得都很潮。
第二天問我要不要續房，我以為那個“補償”是讓我多住一天，拉扯半天才知道“補償”的意思調換啊。玩文字遊戲沒有意思捏

我已與管理者説了，最大的問題是躺在床上，外面卡車駛過會感到整個樓在搖晃（住八樓），讓人極度不安。管理者稱：是附近工地施工運輸車輛所致。另一個問題，是晚上去洗衣房洗衣，那就如同一次恐怖的歷程，一路烏漆抹黑沒有照明不説，從八樓上到屋頂的樓梯上堆滿了回收垃圾，更要命的是爬上樓梯來到向外敞口的門邊，還要下到8樓的另一部分樓頂平台，而且黑暗中根本看不清楚較陡的石砌樓梯，還以為是跳樓呢，再接下來還要在黑暗中規避各個設備設施、管道、小建築，以及不斷遇到的黑暗中的高低台級，曲折地走上20來米風險路程。並且沒有任何指示可循。恐怖！不清楚為何店方要這麼安排？希望店方從安全與服務體驗角度，認真查清樓房搖晃的感覺是否存在安全隱患問題，以及洗衣房設定位置問題。願店方生意興隆！

差評，房間不隔音，房間大多數都是租給旅遊團，人很多，早上起的很早，差不多五六點，好多旅客又沒有不影響其他旅客休息小聲行動的意識，大吵大鬧，開着門大聲喊，讓你無法入睡，給酒店打電話他也不管，睡覺真的難受

酒店房間的的燒水壺很臟、都是毛和灰，酒店服務人員的態度極其惡劣，我們是去消費的、不是去看你的臉色的，像這樣的服務員遲早會被淘汰

安排的房間在電梯旁邊，一宿都是嗡嗡嗡，基本沒睡。衞生間小的可憐、空調機響的不得了，除了服務員態度還可以，其餘無一點是處！以後不會去了
