Super helpful concierge team that helped us to receive our taobao packages. Room was clean and look the same as photos in trip. Breakfast was one of the more decent ones that we had in the trip. And nearby there were two great massage places. Will definitely stay there again if I were to be back at lijiang

The staffs at the front desk were very nice and helpful. We were having troubles in using Alipay but they were willing to transfer money to our Alipay accounts so we could use Alipay balance to pay for small things such as public transit. Their breakfast was also great. One improvement I can think of is the lack of lighting on the first floor where the elevator is.

Perfect location right in the middle of the city, next to shopping mall, eateries, local groceries etc. Walkable to Kunming Lao Jie , comprises of several streets. Hotel mattresses, shower, decor is really good. The only thing is they didnt put our 2 rooms (children & grown ups room) on the same floor, so a bit inconvenient to go back and forth. One room is 4th floor and 1 room is 6th floor, which uses two different lifts (1st to 5th floor and 5th to 8th floor). Our rooms were 606 and 423 and there were no noise from the 5th floor cafe live music.

Decent place for layover and exploring kunming. Traffic honking was loud during wee hours. Clean, daily housekeeping, the rest were fantastic.

Location of the hotel is great and convenient. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The Chinese breakfast every morning appears to be the same but it’s delicious. Only con is that the front desk does not seem very knowledgeable in the popular tourist destinations in Kunming and couldn’t tell me if I needed to book tickets in advance to Shi Lin (Stone Forest). But otherwise, the hotel itself is perfectly reasonable. Would recommend.

Location is good and breakfast is good! The staff help us to call for a taxi as well when we need on our last day. However the room we stay is above the bar so it is quite noisy at night.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location near many parks and good restaurants. The outdoor area was lovely for breakfast and a drink in the evening. The staff were so helpful, I forgot something in the hotel and they mailed it to my next destination.

Nice clean hotel conveniently located near shopping centers and shops. Nice bar with knowledgeable and friendly bartenders and servers.

A really nice boutique hotel in a great location. Clean and affordable. The staff were very friendly. Great rooftop terrace and bar. Highly recommended.

Front desk was kind and accommodating. The room, though small, was well-designed and extremely cozy. The rooftop breakfast lounge and bar was a welcome escape from the business of downtown Kunming. We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit to the city.

We needed a girl for one night and looked at the genetic big Western brands. However, this s significantly cheaper and was amazing value for money. One of the best beds we've had in 2 weeks traveling around Yunnan. Really nice bar with a great variety of whiskies. A little difficult to find but very close to the main road and the Western Garden Restaurant is literally next door. Would highly recommend!

I really enjoyed it there. Staff is nice, the location is is near several hot spots. It is hard to see when you get there, but outside it says something about Boulder. But I recommend it.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Still very impressed. The rooms are tiny but well designed, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Even though my Chinese isn't great, they went out of their way to communicate on wechat and help with extra information about traveling to destinations in and around the city. The location is perfect: a short taxi ride away to East coach terminal, and a few minutes ride to Kunming railway station. The Chinese breakfast is hearty and tasty. The staff went out of their way to provide a more western breakfast on the second day. Overall: impressed and would recommend this hotel if you have a short stop in Kunming on your travels through Yunnan.
