🛏[房屋設施我一定要提] 設施略舊，地上有很多雜物，有廚房洗衣機和泡澡，但沒使用。有冰箱，冰箱內有飲料，都是商場價，很好
✨[進入房間第一眼]看到了蟑螂，廁所，床，桌子，到處都是蟑螂😭行李箱放地上兩天，拿起來，爬出來五衹蟑螂。。。建議趕緊喂蟑螂葯。
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]附近有購物中心和官渡古鎮。樓下小餐館那家臭豆腐米線味道不錯～強推～

因為可以做飯的原因選擇了民宿，但因為價格超級親民的原因，很多細節上感覺不是那麼的美好。可以讓做衞生的保潔阿姨再仔細認真一些。然後因為是自助入住的形式，夜裡有走錯門的人在門外輸密碼。關於入住環節也建議再多些指引步驟哦

一週前入住的，現在有時間還是想來評價一下。老闆是位年輕男性，雖然沒有打過照面，但能感受到人十分細心、熱情。談話風趣幽默，入住順利。期間我們的鞋不慎掉下17樓，老闆還幫忙給到物業的電話、讓注意安全。房間特別漂亮，是複式的，洗澡間乾淨、拖鞋、浴巾都很乾凈，性價比很高。

房子很大很舒服 我之前住的另一個房間床特別軟 我建議這個也可以軟一點哈哈哈 他家的真的房間都超級好 反正我很喜歡他們家 房東也超級好溝通 我還差點沒定到他們家的 哈哈哈 強烈推薦 這個房間的拖鞋吹風機都很好用 就是衣架不知道是不是拿走了 我沒地方放衣服哈哈哈 總體來説 我很推薦他們家 基本我來昆明都會定他家 推薦推薦！

地址好找，高層景也不錯，早上打開窗，朝霞好漂亮，老闆人也很好，問出行路線也很詳細的解答，落了東西，老闆還會熱心的幫郵寄。

房間還是比較大的 有一個小陽台 可以看到夜景 衞生都比較乾淨 衹是下水道感覺有點反味道 進門都是香香的 房東人也很好 有什麼問題都是秒回解決的 附近就有好幾個商場 小吃也比較多 推薦推薦
